Rico's Lechon is our top choice as it has a crispy and delicious red skin and the organic meat has a minimal amount of fat content comese in 2 variants, spicy and original. Rico's is the favorite lechon of President Estrada. Zubchon is the #2 lechon roasting an organic pig and what makes it unique is a crispy bubbled skin from being sprayed with coconut juice, meat is also lean with minimal fat content. Zubuchon has mutiple branches around Cebu and has the best restaurant ambiance. CNT is by far the largest chain of Cebu Lechon houses and quality is highly inconsistent, skin is not crispy and meat has high fat content.

As a cebuano myself , I definitely recommend Alijos lechon. They are located in Labangon and if my recollection serves me right its on Katipunan street.Trust me on this , you will not be disappointed.

Good list! There are so many good lechoneros in Cebu and you listed basically the top 3 lechon restaurants out there.

Cnt og carcar lechon ra akong natilawan tong sa cebu mi. Solid jud. Pero carcar is the best with free lechon drippings and free taste before u buy.. and 350 kilo only that time.

Yummy. :) Can u suggest the closest to Cebu-style lechon restos in Manila? Somehow all the places Ive tried have paled in comparison to the ones in Cebu or Davao.

Well this is your opinion but I guess you are not from Cebu.. Cebuanos knows these three are not the top best lechon in CEbu.. For me the best lechon in CEBU is ALEJOS!! located in Labangon.. they are not available for franchising for the fear of sharing there secret recipe of the Lechon...

Top 3 best lechon in cebu.. 1. CNT 2. RICOS 3. ALIJOS. ZUBUCHON???????????? ZUBUCHON, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE so I don't think so, their lechon sucks. ZUBUCHON invest in ambience not the taste..

+Beau Jamo I agree... na feature lang kay anthony bourdain and they claim they are the best lechon.. in fact the best lechon are the ones who are only in public market stalls or in the street.
