Top 3 Greatest HALO Maps of All Time? 

Lethul lost a 1v1 on Lockout against Snipedown in a showmatch and is still traumatized. Midship, Lockout, and Sanctuary are my top 3 for greatest maps of all time.

Not a competitive map, but my favorite of all time is CE’s “Hang ‘em High”. 1v1 snipers with full-on screen cheating (shared xbox) is how I fell in love with the game…

I think Lethul is going through a mid-life crisis. He doesn't seem to like much of anything.

Live fire actually plays well competition wise

I have to say, I am surprised that nobody said Beaver Creek at all. I always thought that was a pretty good competitive map and a classic that never returned to halo. Lockout, Midship,/Heretic/Truth Sanctuary, Warlock right from the get go. Chill Out, Damnation, Prisoner, and Hang Em High were great in CE. I love Plaza and Coliseum in H5. Recharge is a pretty good map I have to agree with that. I'd love to see them bring back the favorite maps from each halo, it seems like there is enough agreement between the community on which maps are the favorites from each of the games.

chill out is such a great map. really would love to see teleporters come back into play more with halo.

All my memories are Guardian, Pit, and Narrows. Construct actually was kind of interesting too. I really like Live Fire and Recharge in Infinite. Didn't like H4 or H5.

Lockout, Midship, Sanctuary and all their remakes. They havent made a GREAT map since sprint and clamber were introduced. Headlong is my most underrated map. Would be prime for a remake in BTB

I don't understand why 343 just doesn't start out with adding CLASSIC maps and weapons into the game. I thought Halo Infinite was to be something to unite all Halo fans: Bring back classic Halo style but in a modern format. I don't know how to explain it. But why not bring back these maps that everybody seemed to love? Why not also bring back all the weapons everybody used to love? Magnum, Carbine, DMR, et cetera. Now we have the Bandit rifle which is some sort of Halo 5 magnum but worse disguised as a DMR with no scope. Just start with all the classic and expand from that point!

I feel the best BTB map that gets the LEAST amount of love is Waterworks in Halo 2.

Mikwen had it right. Sanc, Midship, Lockout are all GOATs of comp Halo and but your CORE Halo memories were made on the BTB maps like Headlong, Burial Mounds, Blood Gulch, even Terminal and shit etc..
