@@tryhardathletes8803 all y'all talk about is ceiling. Ceiling is just an hypothetical and if you think fat undisciplined and inconsistent zion can achieve it, then you're out of your mind. Less points and fg% since rookie year, hasn't developed a 3 pointer and plays no D. FIFTH SEASON. Overrated asf
@@zacharylarose5211nah we’re good. Luari is a hell of a player but Derrick white is having an all star season and we need guard depth. Also why should we make big moves right now it seems like we’re doing better than good.
Lauri would make Warriors title contender as well tbh, I know they are far now but thats how good he is, Warriors are one superstar away of contender, forward to be exact
Nah that's wild imo. I'm a Jazz fan too. I have no interest in that specific Warriors trade really. But I'd do the Zion trade 100 out of 100 times. And I'd be fine with basically any trade that gave us a good rookie scale contract player + several firsts.
The Warriors trade seems the best for both sides because like you said, Jazz already have so many picks so I think they’d rather have Wiggins who they can flip later and 2 young players who are still progressing in Kuminga and Moody, also both of them are better than Josh Giddy who is also probably untradable now due to what happened off the court, also reason the Jazz wouldn’t want to do the Zion trade is because of his issues with staying fit and they’d just be dealing with the same thing the Pelicans are dealing with! Im a Warriors fan and at this point im just hoping for anything to happen and this is the best trade we can probably realistically do
Can you make a trade analysis for the Monta Ellis/Andrew Bogut trade? It’d be really interesting thinking of how different it could’ve been if Steph and giannis were a duo
Bro andrew fenichel as a pels fan we are not giving away our best player for a poor man’s domantas sabonis. Maybe u should consider talking about ur 4 - 20 wizards.
It never ceases to amaze me how people think it’s a good idea to trade 30 year old veterans to a team that will not be contending for at least three more years. Draft picks or young players, nothing else
As a Utah fan, the only trade that actually helps us the pelicans one and there is NO way that’s happening, the thunder trade is trash and the warriors trade is horrible too
Lauri would be great for OKC if they really want to go All In now to appease Shai but it can definitely backfire if someone else better comes on the market but that also is never a guarantee and that player also has to want to stay in OKC longterm. I would pull the deal because that team is definitely ready to try and get some playoff victories now.
I’d like to see OKC finally cash in on their abundance of draft picks they’ve been compiling and also get rid of Giddey but I feel like it’s gonna be the Warriors because of their desperation to be competitive every year now as Steph gets older .
How about Lauri Markkanen and John Collins to the Warriors for Jonathan Kuminga, Moses Moody, Chris Paul, 2 first-round picks, and 2 second-round picks?
As a pels fan I absolutely agree with that last trade it would be better for us possible not for the Jazz. But we would never do that we spent WAY too much money on this man and the city (including me) loves him
Like, as a warriors fan I would've violently hated the Wiggins, moody and kuminga being traded but honestly, I feel moody should stay and we find another piece to trade
For some reason, when this guy says “Who says no?” my mind automatically at least tries to come up with a reasoning for why no one in question should do it.
Lakers fan here, Would you trade Gafford to the lakers if so what would a realistic trade look like. Idk much about him but he’s looked nice consistently when healthy.
We could make this a 3 team trade by adding the Spurs Warriors get: Lauri Markkanen, Keldon Johnson, Cedi Osman, and Sandro Mamukelashvili Jazz get: Andrew Wiggins, Moses Moody, Jonathan Kuminga, and a 2026 first round pick Spurs get: Colin Sexton, Brandin Podziemski, Trayce Jackson Davis, Cory Joseph, and a 2028 first round pick
If the we do the trade I suggested then the Warriors lineup would be Starters: PG: Curry SG: Klay SF: Cedi Osman PF: Draymond C: Lauri Markkanen Bench: PG: Cp3 SG: Gp2 SF: Keldon Johnson PF: Saric C: Looney A WAAAAAY better lineup/roster than what we currently have, I know it would hurt to see the young guys go but the Nba is a business and you want to win as much as you can especially when Steph Curry is your star player, sometimes you have tough decisions to make and you gotta make them for the better and for what’s best RIGHT NOW! And this is the best trade we can do if it means giving up young talent and picks
Lauri would be perfect in OKC. His point production would drop but he's a real perimeter threat and can leave all the tough defensive assignments for Chet. Also OKC has more than enough picks so its really a low risk for them
As a warriors fan, trading away Kuminga AND Moody would mess with our bench too much and we would be back to the Steph minutes problem. If we could just trade Wiggins and one of Kuminga OR Moody I think I would take the trade
This might be a crackhead take, but Indiana. Three or four picks plus Obi Toppin or Buddy Hield, and we could have a squad ready for the playoffs. The best part is that Lauri can play both SF and PF, so regardless of who we ship off, we have flexibility.
“Zion for lauri swap who says no” the jazz do because Zion doesn’t play and the only time we’ve seen him play in the spotlight or in a postseason like environment he goes radio silent
People talking about how the pelicans won’t trade Zion, if I’m the jazz I ain’t throwing away my best player for a zero work ethic 6’6 big man who’s gonna be out of the league in 5 years due to health and injuries. Thunder is believable tho, maybe throw in osman dieng
