Enugu,Calabar and Portharcourt are mates ooooo..Please don’t compare Enugu to Awka,Umuahia or Abakiliki because these state capitals are new born babies to Enugu..Enugu suppose don pass this stage shaaa…
Enugu is the Abuja of the east while Onitsha is the Lagos of the east. One city is for hustling to make the money while the other city is to relax and enjoy the money. 😄
I don't understand how money for a house in the most expensive estate in Enugu (zoo estate) can not buy a land in the most expensive estate in Owerri (civic center).
The coal city of the Rising Sun, Eboh let them know that the sun rises from the East, we must develop our own cities and let the world come to us Nigeria government have implemented a well orchestrated policy of more than 50 years of marginalisation in the southeast. In Biafra we trust!Thank for sharing
Thanks Eboh. I like the style and spontaneity. Why will I struggle here in abroad and buy a property outside the East? God bless all those supporting d growth of the SE and it's long suffering people.
Thank you dear son for these videos. Carry on posting these images so that those who mock us outside our mama Africa can see for themselves how beautiful our homeland is! Keep on making us dream in colour and even inspire some of us who have fled their fatherland to come and settle back home because there is no place like it. Even those of us who were snatched from this side of the pond can be inspired to come back to where they belong. I beg of you to open your arms as you have always done to welcome them over there. No matter how long a piece of wood will sojourn in a river, it won't be transferred into a crocodile or cayman, goes a Malian saying. A Bantou can't be a Caucasian and the contrary won't certainly take place. So, nurture and continue to improve living conditions in your homeland because a bir will fly but it will end up landing on a tree branch, goes Bantu saying. Kudoes to all those architects, civil engineers and all those who partook in planning the development of Eugu State. Imela for the good job you are doing. Please keep it up!
When I knew Enugu was when I was a very young lad . Back then it was a dusty city, reeking of past glory from the independence and pre independence era, with small colonial style quarters dotting the landscape, and occasional 2 storey six flats built by millionaires who made it during the reconstruction of the post war. I'm glad it's a very modern city now. I love it. Hoping to get a house here someday.
Enugu no be small place.. O.. I remember our parents used to say in those days.. Every elite and the rich ensured that they had their houses in Lagos, Enugu and Kaduna, otherwise you have not started. These were the best places to be.
This is why they hate you as an Igbo people just 50 years ago all this place where levelled but today enugu is better many state of Nigeria if Lagos and Abuja no state capital in nigeria you can compare with Enugu even the Lagos and abuja Igbo we still our presence is heavily
Enugu is a glorified village. 98% of Enugu is like village: Agbani road, Awkunanaw, Asata, Ogui, Obiagu, Achara layout, Uwani, etc. Enugu is a complete jungle
Brother, could you also explore and do some videos Igbo communities in Benue and maybe some interview about their problems and needs... I am sure you will find people who will be willing to donate to fund the travel.... Maybe they could also talk about the needs of the community.
@@ebohmedia2459 Yes, please let us know... Also in Akwa Ibom, there is an Igbo Community (Ohaobu, Ndoki people) there in Ukanafun LGA, Akwa Ibom... You could let them speak in their dialect. I am sure this project will gain much interest also. If it's pushed on social media.
The Zoo estate have all of those politicians and wealthy billionaires and they can't fix the potholes? However, Enugu would be my first choice. It don't appear to have that congested city vibes. Looks laid back and peaceful.
@@ifehansson2254 was in Obodo Oyibo before you were born. What sort of silly name(moniker) is Ife Hansson. Are you from Denmark? Or half Danish, half Ofe.....
@@adaruby5437 Did you go to the toilet in Polo Park to shit?. Are you homeless?. It's a public toilet. Public toilets are not particularly clean in USA and Europe. I have seen human poop in car parks in the West. Keep your jealousy over Enugu to yourself. I know your type. I am not interested in your negative opinion. You were not invited to Enugu. Thanks.
I see very impressive structures, high pitched roof homes, unfortunately all the beauty is walled off, and hidden behind impressive fences. A beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, and recreation centre would seat very beautifully within these serene environments. I like 💞👍🏽❤️💪🏽
Just discovered this RU-vid channel, giving me home vibes all the way from Europe man. I love these videos, yet to see one on Nsukka, Umuahia or Aba main town though. Nice job overall, Liberty Estate ulo bu 80million kpa, heyyy! Nna ehh, anyi ga kpata ego nke a na uwa anyi bikonu? 🙂
For those of you that are not impressed with the video, remember Enugu is in the east and igbo don't develop their own, you should even be happy because i don't expect this, if only igbo people develop their home Enugu should be more beautiful state in Nigeria because is the capital of eastern Nigerian, But for me i will i think Awka will beat all the state in the east in terms of development soon, Anambra has the money and the Anambra people on social media are not helping matters they always divide the igbos because they has money and because of that most Anambra billionaires will rather invest outside the east than Enugu or owerri , stop social media war igbos are one.
And someone on another video foolishly argued with me when I said Enugu houses and estates make sense in terms of cost. BEAUTIFUL well maintained estates with cost of 60-90million naira is much more reasonable than houses in owerri where the estates are not nearly as nice and maintained but houses costing more than 150-200 million naira, as expensive as houses in the prime areas of Lekki! It makes no sense to me, especially considering it’s a state of mostly civil servants and very little, if any, industries. I’m from Imo State so it just disappointed me. Owerri littered with bad roads is why I can never justify such price gouging. Enugu has much better infrastructure, housing is cheaper, and moreover is a much more family friendly environment. When I choose to invest in real estate in the east, Enugu is the only place that makes sense.
Eboh - Nice one! - Enugu is the best..... Enugu is not the best..... Anambara is this.... Owere(i) is that..... my people, they are all ours, all are Igbo Land. Lets fix it all, 'cause no one else will. Eboh - I like your videos but.......... I like your musical selections more. Business suggestion - Podcast that shit man. Peace out. Ndi b'anyi, Ekenee m.
The streets are named so because that place was formerly the zoo in Enugu until it was sold by Sullivan Chime, the former governor of Enugu State. I guess the zoo lacked the taste of tourism and management and probably fell into ruins. We used to visit this zoo when we were kids. There's no zoo again in the east 😢 All the same, the estate is magnificent and a beauty to behold 💕😘💕😘 Well done 👍✅👍👌
Thank you for making this beautiful video and rightly making the Zoo Estate number one. I love the streets naming convention. All those idiots (Some who are Nigerians and some who are not Nigerians) calling Nigeria "ZOO" can now see that there is a beautiful and expensive place in Nigeria called Zoo Estate that they themselves cannot afford to live in or buy a house in. I hate it when people who failed in life try to blame others for their own personal failure. Well done Enugu people for this beautiful work!
We in Enugu or not call the zoo, zoo and we will never stop. Stop reasoning like an idiot. Just because nice places that we build with our hard work exists doesn’t change the fact. If you want me to list the reasons why, we shall. And we are also people who live in these places.
Bro, your so called most expensive estate in Enugu state is full of old buildings, even the roads are bad. All the same, well done, cause it is not easy to do what you're doing out there.
@@owerrig296 better than owerri where almost all the estate has no good roads, just selling lands with no plan of drainage and roads. Most of imo people still come to enugu to live
Go into property sells and management since you are well traveled you will do well in that field... I'm a youtuber too but most of my audience are international
@@michaelcelestine6662 lol it pained him. Stop crying everywhere out of envy. Awka Millennium city is the best in the entire east, it has covered drains and good roads. Do you have any covered drain in entire Enugu? NO. As for Anambra international airport, it is 95% completed, very soon wawa people will be using it to travel outside Nigeria, not that poultry farm you guys calm airport in Enugu lol
I don't understand how money for a house in the most expensive estate in Enugu (zoo estate) can not buy a land in the most expensive estate in Owerri (civic center).
Though golf estate is still under construction but will be the best or one of best when construction is done this is an estate with good net work of road with water treatment plant it own power plant school hotel above all golf course though the 3 estates you mentioned are ok but when this is completed I don’t think any of this 3 will beat golf estate
All this big big houses without greenery and garden? In a country as hot as Nigeria? You guys are not even serious. Igbos should learn to build alongside nature. Peace.
Nice houses but why do most Afrikan suburbs not construct sidewalk pavements for people to walk. People have to walk in the road with the cars. They build sidewalks elsewhere but hardly ever in African suburbs.
@@owerrig296 You are just replying all negative comment about Enugu, am very sure you are not an igbo boy why so much hatred on Enugu, am also sure that Enugu is more beautiful than your state.
@@owerrig296 With this am now convinced that is hatred, Even though the governor is not doing anything the legacy of the past administration still keep the city at top notch over any other south east state, people are complaining that Anambra people hate fellow igbos with this your comment is very true. why the hatred you have totally replied almost everybody saying good about Enugu here, come on man what is wrong, remember Enugu and your Anambra are igbos, am ashamed of you when i noticed you are igbo that is why other tribes hate us, stop all this social media war with your fellow igbos is barbaric.
@@enobleengineer3442 I am not even from Anambra, not from Enugu either. Enugu is a jungle. Take a trip to Abakpa, Ugwuaji, Asata, Ogui, Obiagu, Uwani, Ngenevu, Idaw River, Garriki, the list is almost endless, go there and see the real Enugu. Enugu is an overhyped jungle and it is not better than anywhere else in SE. Have you been to Abakaliki recently? Just like Awka and Asaba, Abakaliki equally has some beautiful flyovers and other infrastructures. I know everywhere in igbo land, so its not hate but just stating the obvious.
So, #80-135mil. in this Wawa State? .... Haba! Best time to get a house there will be during or before election year! So, my people get prepared for those politicians running out of cash for 2023!! .... smfh...
USING THE WORD "EXPENSIVE" IS TYPICALLY THE NIGERIAN THING. IT SOUNDS ARROGANT AND NEED TO BE DROPPED IN YOUR NARRATIONS. I BET THE ELECTRICITY AND WATER SUPPLY IS NOT CONSTANT LIKE IN MOST OTHER TOWNS IN THE COUNTRY.
