@@douglaced5910 I haven't seen that category in HLTV , Panel or in the Community Awards presented in this Launch Show. If this is a completely different event, I don't know about it, which doesn't change the fact that this category could be created.

donk > m0nesy > zywoo so far in 2024 sample size argument isn't strong against donk anymore when he has MORE maps against top10, 5 opponents than zywoo does (and has a higher rating). m0nesy has the same amount of maps vs top5

More ratings combine with more mvp and more trophies for donk over m0nesy and zywoo less maps doesn't means anything.

yeah its not even really a conversation anymore. m0nesy vs zywoo is much closer, but m0nesy big performances have tended to come in bigger games against better teams.

important to note is also the quality of their teams. spirit, as a team, is just a lot stronger than vitality and definitely than g2. performing well is just easier if you're winning

The number 1 player right now is not debatable. The numbers don't lie. DONK BE THY NAME! Monesy vs Zywoo is closer but, we should give it to Monesy as he is more consistent when it matters.

Yeah I think its 1. Donk 2. M0nesy 3. Zywoo due to Donk's two trophies, best rating, and zywoo's lesser performance at the two biggest events of the year so far.

pros were asked at Kato. Now top 3 is indisputably donk/zywoo/monesy and nobody else is even particularly close

NAF plays all the same positions as Jimpphat and has better LAN stats ... Doesn't get a mention but Staehr does despite Astralis showing similar to Liquid... ... the sloth is so underrated.

@@MusicJunkie37 for sure, NAF and Twistzz hurting because of team performance. Both have proven they don't drop off much as the heat gets turned up, in fact NAF often gets better.

@@m1lkbags My issue was the mentioning of Staehr when Liquid has done the same or slightly better than Astralis this year. I'm mostly pointing out, how under the radar his performance is, not demanding he be in the list of front runners.

Dacha is such a cringe event. That is not quite fair to rate mvp from event with only Mouz and Spirit. That was an "eco farming" but in terms of tournament

Well it has VP, Spirit, Mouz ( Solid tier 1), Falcon, Heroic and Betboom (tier 1.5-2) so i say it's a decent event.
