Planned all of SCP-7043 10 months before it happened, parts of plan: orchestrated a murder of an 05 member and predicted that murphy would figure it out, manipulating the 05 council into trapping murphy and predicting that he would break out of that by killing the 05 before chasing him, brainwashed the entire police force AND FOUNDATION into trying to capture murphy for the murder of the 05, planned basically everything else that occurred till the end. Insane observation and info gathering skills, can infiltrate foundation sites and observe people such as Dr Gears, can observe the success and execution of his traps/plans like he did when he observed the 05 council's reality anchor trap on murphy 8. Planned all of SCP-5016, in this SCP-343 and the Administrator were uncapable of accurately predicting his actions and were constantly getting outwitted by nobody, who had anticipated everything they had done and that they were going to try to interdimensionally trap him years prior to the events of 5016
Usogui's writing isn't on the same level as monster overall imo. Unlike monster (which has great writing from beginning to end) though, usogui becomes a lot more well written as the series progresses, hence why some consider it so well written. I still don't think any arc is on the same level as Ruhenheim or any character on the same level as johan. Monster (writing overall) > Usogui (writing overall) mid - high diff Monster (writing overall) > Usogui (writing best parts) very high - extreme diff Both are W manga though.

@@Uno6012 well yeah, but he still did plan to lose, to gain narrative relevance as he said at the top of the building, the only thing he didn't account for was that %1 percentage of unluckiness which was, again, before he gave the 2nd glove to Murphy
