I made my spurboard by taking a sheet of plywood and drawing the shape I wanted the spurboard to be, then cut it out with a jigsaw, drew that shape on another piece of plywood and cut so I had two sheets of the same shape... placed them both together with 2x4s on the top and bottom so its like a box. put 2 2x4s perpendicular to the box as stands. add carpet for cushion then screw rachet straps to the bottom..
Hey Devin I was just wondering do you have any exercises for getting your toes out I feel like I'm having a lot of trouble getting on horses and my feet are flat after the first jump
I fixed that by spending a lot of time on the spur board making it a point to keep my toes out. My teacher told me that under pressure you sink to the level of your training. Just repetition and muscle memory man. Good luck!
