I graduated a month ago from Fort Jackson, only thing I wish I would've done to prepare more was work out. Other than that basic training will suck no matter what. You make good friends though.

Please could you recommend some tips to survive the BCT with my level of English or in your experience as it was for some Latinos in this aspect. Greetings and thanks

😂 #1 rule to help new recruits is to tell them to keep everything clean if it wasn't cleaned on rotation i.e. fire guard signed off on by platoon leader it's not clean. Think the drills won't flip the entire bs day 1 at 2am 😅. Right , the right time, right uniform is the standard. Not a rule #1 . Number 2 is hydrated, hydrated, hydrate, take every advantage to learn more, so do volunteer. Also, ask questions/ show your not only a hat rack. Don't volunteer to take the food back to the dcft then eat it, and eat it like a pig. 😂 you're being watched at all times. Don't keep Amy food items they will charge you for theft. The running part is easy as long as your in b group stay in b group. By bct had a hill that started every run loved it best days every running was the best shows you you cam group up / run anywhere as a group. Wait till a unit fun run 6 miles at a 6 min pace followed by unit fun / mandatory fun. Rule #3 don't eat the fat cakes / snack cakes in the mres chew the gum instead / eat the caffeine

Tell ya right now Ben you and your viewers don't need me to insult your intelligence. A LOT of that is exactly what your describing cause it often is behavioral/mental/psychological. There are an ENDLESS number of people in incredible physical shape and condition that don't graduate and succeed because of that 😮
