@@blues5899 is there a right and wrong way to enjoy yourself? I enjoy my fair share of PvP, but every do often it's nice to just chill and sail. Kind of annoying to be solo slooping and run into sweaty double gunners on a galleon.

Thanks for the video! Clears up a lot of my questions. I like doing the fort of fortunes because it’s basically an ashen winds and a fort combined, while flamehearts are a close second

I usually end up stacking gold vaults to make my gold. I didn’t know much about how much gold you actually make from shipments and/or flamehearts but now that I do I’ll definitely be doing that from now on. This was an awesome guide and I hope I get chosen for that sick six pack thank you 🙏

Gold Horder vaults are extremely quick for me and my crew. We shoot out of the cannon to each island and grab the clue then use mermaid to respawn on ship then go to next clue if we don’t get key location on map parchment paper immediately. Takes us probably 20-30 minutes for each vault.

I tend to do lost shipments. they're almost completely stress free,there's no time crunch to empty the Captain's cabin like there is emptying a vault, and if you have a crew they're even easier.

Lost Shipment Voyages was how I was able to grind out the last few levels of Merchant before getting to Max Level with them. Definitely one of the more relaxed Voyages to get gold from, since you're not on a time limit like you would be when in an Open Gold Hoarder Vault. Plus, much easier to do solo since GH Vaults would require more people in order to get as much of the treasure items as possible, especially those in the rafters.

With the new captain voyages you can abuse the tier 50 one by purchasing the quest 20+ times and starting and cancelling the voyage between going to the dig islands with 8-10 chests to get quick vault keys. Stacked 4 keys in like 3 hours plus more chests from digs.

Lost shipments are the way to go. If you buy all the surplus crates at the outpost you start at, you can sell them at your destination with grade 5 emissary and make an additional 30k.

Flameheart server hopping is what I used to get Reaper lvl 50.. it’s great ship management and cannon practice however now I find it’s best to mix it up, PvP and PvE are best when combined

I like doing a lost shipment in combo with buying whatever the surplus commodity is at the outpost i start at, and usually ill get to level 4 emissary by the end of the voyage then sell at wherever theres a shortage of that commodity to make around 80-90k gold total I think with only maybe 10 extra minutes for loading commodities on and off the ship and maybe reaching the place to sell

Usually, I do the merchant method in Golden Sands and claim emissary quest, re-raise and do either voyage first or deliver emissary quest first. And sometimes, it feels like the game drags me farther to the right side of the map. Would it be better if I just forget the emissary quest or never lower my grade 5 flag?

Forget the emi quest, lower your flag at grade 5 and re-raise before doing a new shipment. I personally only do order of souls and athena emi quests, i dont think the other ones are worth doing.

I'm gonna use the 4th method, pop up a reaper emissary, get it to lvl 5 and hunt for emissaries. With lotv and other activities emissaries should have a ton. Plus the satisfaction of taking this treasure from someone is immeasurable. Its a fun, unreliable, easy and enjoyable method) I definitely reccomend

So if you are doing the lost shipments: there are some really helpful videos concerning those, but the best strategy I’ve found is to do a lost shipment first with your grade 1 emissary flag (it gets you to grade 4) and then do a commodity run (there is a book next to the merchants saying what outposts want). Makes about 50 grand and doesn’t take that long.

As a mainly solo slooper I use the lost shipment method it's simplicity and crazy fast pace turn around means that if I get jumped I don't lose much at all.

I love to do reaper world event stack on a brig, we usually make atleast 2 mil everytime and I think its the best way to make gold

Ive been stacking world events with the reaper em and in only 2 flamehearts worth of loot i made 300k when at reaper 5, this can get yiu targeted, in 2 recent instnaces there were reapers waiting at the reapers hideout which i had to fight in order to sell, that can be annoying when playing sloop so i might start trying the ashen vault strat
