👉 At Consumer Buddy, we've researched the Wireless Printers on the Market saving you time and money so you can make an informed buying decision.
Hey guys Taylor here with another video. Now with many enhancements in smart technology, the ability to print wirelessly from your smart device is a feature that can be highly useful and beneficial. There are lots of different options out there for wireless printing with different benefits and features depending on the model you choose. Now today, we've done a ton of research on some of the best wireless printers. And we're going to be breaking down a list of our favorites and going through those benefits and features to see which might be right for you in your particular situation. Now, as always, I will leave links to each of these products in the description below. So you can check them out there if you're interested. Also, if I happen to find any discounts, deals or coupon codes, I'll drop those down below for you as well. So first up, we have the best wireless printer for family use, and that's going to be the brother MFC j 995 dw. Now this is an all in one inkjet model, and it's incredibly versatile and does perform well in all of its uses. Those uses include a great scanning feature with a high resolution flatbed scanner, it also has a sheetfed scanner. And with this one you can print via Ethernet, USB cable or Wi Fi and it also does support mobile printing via Apple airprint. One great feature here is it does provide easy access to things like ink cartridges, and the ability to fix a paper jam, which is really helpful. But also thanks to its exceptional ink investment tank ink system. It'll yield many pages so you won't actually have to replace those cartridges often. What that means for you is the cost per print is also incredibly low. Now there is a bit of banding present in the photos. But overall images are clear and of great quality. There's also two input trays here so you can print a variety of different paper sizes. Now this isn't the fastest printer on the market. But if you are interested in quality over speed, and this is definitely a printer we recommend for family use. Next up we have the best wireless printer for small or home offices. And that's going to be the Canon image class m f 743. c dw. This one does have a great flatbed scanner for scanning thick items and a sheetfed for automatically scanning multiple documents. This one can also perform duplex scanning. In terms of connections here, you can connect wired or wirelessly via Ethernet, USB or Wi Fi. And it also supports printing via Apple air print and mopria print service. This one does print photos exceptionally fast, but black documents do take a little bit longer. It also doesn't support Bluetooth printing. So if that's your primary method of printing, they may be best to look elsewhere...ran out of the 5k characters limit, sorry guys.

The fact that you can access your Google Drive through the printer using a Brother MFC-J995DW was the main selling point for me! I don't have to turn on my PC, open Google Drive, select the document and press print. It's all done through the printer and it's just AWESOME!

I was able to setup Brother MFC-J995DW so easily that I was surprised! It only took around 10 minutes and there I was, already starting to print stuff! I did not even have to connect it to my PC using a USB cable, everything was done wirelessly. Great printer that gives no fuss!

I was on the market for a printer for my team of 8 people so I knew small printers wouldn't cut it. I went ahead and bought the Canon MF743CDW. This beast can do everything, it scans really fast and prints even faster! A maximum of 10 people can be connected to this machine, which is great as everyone on my team can use it whenever they need it. It's a bit pricy but this baby is great for small businesses like mine!

I have the MF743CDW from Canon because I needed its NFC function to work with our employee ID cards. I really like it, it strikes a perfect balance between an industrial office printer and a personal printer. The only thing I have to say is that it does not usually show the correct levels of toner (probably so that people order toner when they don't need!) so if it's nearing 0 percent, it means you can still get a hundred or so papers printed. You'll understand when you actually need new ink cartridges from the printing quality.

The Canon MF743CDW is really good, it prints a lot better than your old regular inkjets, the color copies are simply perfect. The scanning works really well and it's also fast as well, we use it all the time. Another thing I like is the amount of paper you could store on this machine, up to 850 papers can be stored on this which basically means you won't have to be stocking papers for a long time! My only gripe is the toner prices, which really cost and arm and a leg. The toners last for a long time, but when it's time to replace them you will have to pour yourself a drink and contemplate about your finances :)

My buddies had problems when it comes to Wi-fi printing so I was a bit skeptical before buying, but I went ahead and pulled the trigger on Brother MFC-J805DW. To my amazement, setting it up was a breeze! You just click on next anyways. I connected it to my PC through USB to have an easier setup, but you don't have to do it anyway. You can do the network setup first without any issues. And the best thing is, the Wi-fi printing actually works flawlessly! Being able to print stuff from my phone is amazing. I guess we'll see whether the ink actually lasts for a year but so far it's hanging on. Overall, I'd say I'm really happy with my new printer, would highly recommend it!

Have had this MFC-J995DW printer by Brother for 4 months now. No printing or feeding problems, did not have to clean the print heads or anything. Hope it will keep being reliable, but so far it's doing well...

I bought the Brother MFC-J805DW a couple of months ago. Overall, I can say it's great value for the money! I never had any kind of problems, like the printer having problems feeding new paper or scanning issues. After I had its calibration done, it never gave me any issues in printing as well. The only issue I can talk about that it's not the fastest machine out there. But you kind of know that already before making the purchase, you're going to have to sacrifice from somethings to have a printer this affordable. As long as it lasts (and so far it does!) and don't create problems, I'm OK with my purchase.

My old HP printer wasn't printing no matter what I did, so I thought it was time to switch to another team. I chose Brother, the MFC-J805DW model. I have to say, after paying HP prices on ink, this was a great inkvestment (I couldn't resist:). HP's printing quality was a little bit better, but paying so much less on ink is worth the negatives.

MFC-J995DW from Brother is a great printer. Much more economical than a laser printer, and the printing quality is not far off either (it obviously can't be as good as a laser printer but still, it's really solid). If you have an iPhone, download the iPrint or iScan from Brother and you'll be golden. It's so practical to be able to print stuff from your phone, in the olden days I'd have to e-mail the thing that I wanted to print to myself first!

Hi Ken! We are a start-up company and we really need a printer. The Brother printers seem a bit small for us but the Canon MF743CDW seems to be perfect for our application! We are going to go through a lot of paper, so do you how much total paper can the Canon hold at any one time? Your answer will be greatly appreciated!

Best of luck with your new start-up, hope you guys make it! To answer your question, Canon has the biggest capacity of paper on this list so you'll be happy. Max capacity is 850 sheets, with 250 sheets in the standart tray, 50 sheets in the multipurpose tray and finally 550 sheets in the optional tray called AF-1. Hope this is enough paper for you guys, don't forget to recycle!

I deal with a lot of custom documents that I need to edit, so having a scanner with OCR capability is really important for me! Does the MFC-J995DW have that kind of feature?
@consumerbuddy5837
@consumerbuddy5837 2 года назад
If you need OCR scanning, you are in luck because the Brother MFC-J995DW does come with OCR scanning capabilities. In fact, in my experience it performed really well, scanning even handwritten text to editable text. Of course it does struggle sometimes but even the world's greatest OCR is not perfect!

We scan a lot of documents during a normal day, which one of these can do two sided scanning? I like the prices of Brother printers, and we don't need a really big printer anyway!
@consumerbuddy5837
@consumerbuddy5837 2 года назад
Hi there! Unfortunately both of the Brother printers are not capable to do 2 sided scanning. However, the Canon Imageclass MF743CDW printer can do duplex scanning, so you can scan a lot of documents in a relatively short amount of time!

Can the Brother MFC-J805DW printer use A3 size of paper?
@consumerbuddy5837
@consumerbuddy5837 2 года назад
Unfortunately not, the largest size the Brother MFC-J805DW can use is 8.4x14" (Legal). This printer is made for A4's, not A3 size papers. You would need a much larger printer for A3 papers.

It says that the cartridges included with the printer last for up to 2 years. Is it really true or a marketing ploy?
@consumerbuddy5837
@consumerbuddy5837 2 года назад
Well, how much a cartridge lasts is entirely up to how much you're using the printer in the first place. The 2-year statement by Brother is made based on a calculation where you print 300 papers in a month. That would be 7,200 papers in total from the cartridges that were in the machine in the first place, which is actually a really good deal! But if you print more than 10 pages per day (or more than 300 per month), it will be depleted faster than 2 years.
