I am in love with the riceberry face wash by littlextra! It's gentle yet effective at cleansing dirt and impurities from my skin. Its black rice ingredient cleans my skin without being too harsh, keeping my skin feeling silky, glowing, and smooth. I don’t see any acne, pimples, or excess oil on my face after washing with this face wash. Additionally, I like the fact that it's made with ingredients from nature and is free from harsh chemicals. It has a gentle, natural smell and doesn't dry out my skin. I wholeheartedly recommend this face cleanser to those in search of a good and safe face wash.

Shrinking pores is actually a myth! They don't have any muscles to change shape/size. I'm not doing it cuz I'm sensitive and can led to cold. But what i have observed is people who do ice bucket thing has better skin than those who don't. And it's not a 2022 trend. Its a skincare method from ages

I used to put ice oon my face for yrs but stopped after getting covid cuz i started getting cough and cold and then i started getting pimples and everything on my face, well eating too much junk food during the time can also be the reason, but stopping skin icing really made me feel the difference .So i wanted to start it again but few days ago when i iced my face at night i woke up with a very red cheeks and also like kind of itchy and al8ttle painful, maybe i used it for too long ,should've started slowly .

The result of Icing your face I think really varies from people to people. Some may have good, and some may not, so it's important to know if things would work out for you or not and if not don't force it otherwise bad result happens.

Then washing the face or showering period would put us at risk for skin infection. This is the dumbest shit I ever heard. Wat are we supposed to wash our face/shower with bottled water??? So stupid 🤦🏽‍♀️

I use cold gel pack found in medical shops. It works wonders. I have very oily skin near my nose area and leads to acne but at least 4 times using cold pack on skin removed acnes and makes skin tight and healthier. Btw I am a guy

I've tried multiple skincare remedies and even used a lot of medication and creams and supplements but what worked best for me was ice , every morning after is ng a a gentle cleanser i rub ice all over my face gently and under my eyes in circular motion and so far within 2 weeks my dull face has brightened and even my acne prone skin does not create anymore pimples but as the man says don't use unclean water or unclean hands and never use a towel at any cost 😂😂

Did bro say frost bites 💀 we aren’t putting salt and sitting the ice on our face for hours it’s a few minutes process the ice also will melt slightly and create a smoother rubbing process

Who would have ice on their face to the point of frostbite and hypothermia? The reasons in this video were pretty dumb. I’m about to do an Ice bath right now.
