@@RocksReview Logically Ryuma would be #1 based on portrayal and Mihawk would be #2. An argument can be made that 2-armed Shanks, Roger, and Big Mom would take the next 3 slots but I see no evidence for current Shanks being placed above them. I would put him behind Big Mom. You have placed guys on this list that we’ve never seen fight at all (shanks crew members, Rocks, etc). The story never suggests that Rocks was superior to Roger. Ryuma is portrayed to be the greatest swordsman who ever lived: Wano is the place where seastone originates and was known as the country of gold. For these reasons (and potentially pluton) the world government has been trying to annex them for nearly a millennium. Ryuma repelled all world government and pirate forces from invading Wano before the borders existed. He also transformed 1 of the 2 known black blades in the series. You place Shanks and Big Mom above Mihawk on the list because they are swordsmen but forget that Mihawk holds the title of greatest swordsman so he would go at the top of any ranking of living swordsmen. Mihawk doesn’t even care to duel Shanks anymore because he lost an Arm which shows that Shanks ranks lower.

@@TwerpXNation bro u are the only one who thinks like me,I like u bro.i have seen comments about many anime like bleach,one piece, naruto etc many more.i Don't know whybmost of the people watch anime they Don't even understand basic technique.even if u consider one piece luffy learnt haki too quickly and he is just 19(plot Armour nothing can be done) some people doesn't even know basics things like how haki works.

@@TwerpXNation u are right world government is strongest not yonko if yonko were strong they would had defeated world government instead of doing nothing.i think 5 elders are not 80 or 9o year old,they are atleast 200 to 300 year old they have some kind of secret and imu direct enemy of joy boy(just my theory) the bald guy of 5 elders has a strongest kitetsu(not sure if it's a black blade or not) pirates and world government couldn't defeat ryuma because he was the strongest many dumb fans(70 percent) think zoro fought ryuma.but it was just a brook shadow and spirit. Spirit matters not body example(sanji could do Skywalk and speed run using Nami body because sanji spirit was in Nami body)brook spirit was in ryuma body if it was original ryuma spirit it could had used all three types of haki because ryuma created black blade.i don't why many anime watching people are dumb folks and low iq people.its sad can't argue with them

@@omarahmed1139 but others don't have on screen fights ... like Dragon. Mihawk HAD and it wasn't good. others didn't full power as well. but I think MY MAIN reason is that ... I don't think Mihawk is a full master of CoC and Shanks is. for many reasons I think CoC have a level above lighting version and Mihawk don't have that. if I'm wrong about this assumption then he is 100% above Shanks FOR SURE

Buggy said Bullet was on the level of prime Rayleigh, and Roger kicked Bullet's ass every time Bullet tried to fight him. Although Stampede wasn't canon, so I'll take this one with a grain of salt.
