Thanks to your videos on recruitment coordinator and how to best prepare the best answers I was able to ace my interview at Google! I ended up getting the job thank you:)
Hi Amri, thank you for sharing your wealth of information and experience. I love what you said about shifting our perspective about the definition of success and failure. Wow, that just gave me a massive boost of confidence. My sincere thanks ☺️
Thanks so much for preparing this video. I'm having DevOps interviews and most of the behavioural questions are popping up in the interviews. Many thanks.
I’ve sending your videos to help with your interview techniques and cv because you’re videos have really helped me. Could you do a video of effective job searching and networking with other professionals on linked in? Keep it up with the content, you going to be big on RU-vid, your time is coming! 😁
The truth dont memorize what needs to be said. If you have the experience you will manage, if you don't, you can fool them, they hire you and then you won't be competent. Really, memorizing answers is prone to failure.
I don't think that's what the point is at all. The point is to remind yourself of what you've actually done in certain situations to refresh your memories so that you won't be caught out having to rack your brain and look uncertain in the interview situation. Fabricating a response is what is an attempt to fool people. Drawing on relevant memories is NOT fabrication. It's preparation. Put another way, it's often difficult for some people to talk about themselves. People who are more forward won't have a problem. These are the self-promoters of this world. But for those of us who are a bit more reticent this is valuable coaching about how to put your best foot forward and not give a faltering response when you actually ARE competent and actually CAN do the job! Spare us from the loudmouth self promoters who do this naturally. They are the ones more likely to disappoint on the job. Or the ones who fabricate answer (which you're confusing this with), NOT the ones who are a bit lacking in self-confidence. They are more likely to have trouble lining up their memories on the spot. They risk having an awkward pause or even worse, panicking. This is like preparing with a load of pulldown memories that are otherwise buried, of things that you HAVE actually done. There's absolutely nothing wrong with preparing and having a refresh of relevant memories. Finally listening to your message and telling yourself you will fail by refreshing your memory is definitely a way to fail. You're confusing these messages and obviously you don't have a problem self promoting. Others might and they might be even more competent than you. They are the people who benefit from this video, it's not all about you.
Hello Amri, I have an interview today shortly and I have to say your video has given me so much insight into how to answer all the interview questions. Your examples are so clear, very easy to understand and has given me huge amount of confidence to pass. I will definitely continue to learn from you and to aspire to be like you. Thank you !!! Xxxxxx
In 9:32 it is normal that you talk very fast, since girls talk faster than boys. this is your strong point as a girl in a conflict or in a dispute, as your adversary has no chance to reply to you or even to thnik.
Hi Amri, will be attending my first supervisory interview in a healthcare setting next week. Any tips on how to nail this interview? Thanks in advance🙏
