首先，我们来到了Kedai Kopi Harum Manis，位于市中心的咖啡店，以其浓郁香醇的咖啡而闻名。这里的咖啡豆经过精心烘焙，给人一种独特的口感和香气。除了咖啡，这里还供应传统的印尼美食，如面食和糕点。第一次吃Gado-Gado的Andy也非常的喜欢，配料有如rojak味道有如mee rebus，非常的推荐！
接下来，我们到了Martabak 818。Martabak是一种印尼的传统煎饼，也就是我们说的面煎糕，不同的是里面填满了各种配料，如巧克力、奶油、起司、坚果等。Martabak 818以其独特的制作工艺和丰富的口味选择而闻名，味道浓郁而且分量够足。我们也亲眼目睹了整个制作过程，品尝到香甜可口的巧克力和奶油填充的Martabak。喜欢甜食的你一定会让你垂涎欲滴。
第三站我们来到Golden Prawn 933，这是一家在巴淡岛非常非常驰名的海鲜餐厅。这里提供新鲜的海鲜，包括螃蟹、虾、鱼、贝类、苏东等海鲜。我们非常推荐咸蛋螃蟹！味道不像我们平时吃的咸蛋螃蟹偏有汁的，这里的咸蛋螃蟹看到咸蛋粒的。肉质鲜美多汁的螃蟹和酥炸奶油的虾，这些都是Golden Prawn 933最受推崇的招牌菜！
最后一家我们来到了双凤肉骨茶店。别以为肉骨茶只是在新马两地能找到，在印尼也是一道传统的中华美食。这里的肉骨茶以其浓郁的草药香味和嫩滑的肉质而著名。精心熬制的高汤和选用的配料都非常特别。非常有店家自己独特的味道，再加上肉骨茶面也是在新马比较少见的搭配。

In this episode, Double A Brothers will take you to explore top 4 must-try unique local delicacies in Batam.
First, we came to Kedai Kopi Harum Manis, a coffee shop in the city center famous for its rich and mellow coffee. The coffee beans here are carefully roasted to give them a unique taste and aroma. Besides coffee, it also serves traditional Indonesian delicacies. Andy try the Gado-Gado for the first time, he liked it very much. The ingredients are like rojak and the taste is like mee rebus. Highly recommend it!
Next, we arrived at Martabak 818. Martabak is a traditional Indonesian pancake. The difference is that it is filled with various ingredients, such as chocolate, cheese, and nuts. Martabak 818 is famous for its unique production process and rich taste choices, rich in taste and sufficient in portion. We also saw the whole process and tasted the sweet and delicious chocolate and cream filled Martabak. If you have a sweet tooth, it will definitely a right choice.
The third stop we came to Golden Prawn 933, one of a very famous seafood restaurant in Batam. Fresh seafood is served here, including crab, prawns, fish, shellfish, sotong and more. We highly recommend the salted egg crab! The taste is not like the salted egg crabs we usually eat. The juicy crabs and fresh prawns are the most recommended signature seafood in Golden Prawn 933!
The last one we came to Shuang Hong Bak Kut Teh shop. Don’t think that Bak Kut Teh can only be found in Singapore and Malaysia, it is also a traditional Chinese delicacy in Indonesia. The bak kut teh here is famous for its strong herbal fragrance and tender meat. The soup is carefully prepared and the ingredients selected are very special. It has the unique taste and the Bak Kut Teh noodles are also a rare combination in Singapore and Malaysia.
