Sir i had ankle fracture on6th may 2024 I got plastered for 23 days.Now plaster has been removed still i hv so much pain while pressing ankle to and fro. Wat should i do? Doctor said no xray is required i can walk slowly but i want to get back as normal Please guide sir
Hello I had a surgery ( foot) but now I don't know how to walk properly and I can't stand on my fore foot and the fingers aren't straight yet should I do this or try something other ?

Assalam o aliakum sir , i got minor fracture in my toe and doc pit a cast for about 4 weeks and now the cast is gone but im not able to stand on my toe and I'm able to bend or move them . Should i follow this video or can you recommend some other exercise thanks

2 months ka physiotherapy kro aur pitch pe 3 mahine baad Jana lagvag 4 mahine ka rest , kyuki fracture heal hone ke baad bhi fresh fracture bohot vulnerable hota hai , agar professional player ho toh tackle krte waqt phir se ankle injury ho jaayega , isiliye 6 weeks ka plaster 2 months ka physiotherapy aur 1 month ka running and jogging practice , aur ha depend krta hai ki kaisa fracture hai , mujhe bhi ankle injury hua tha football khelte waqt hi , aur professional players deadly tackle krte hai toh mera ankle lateral malleolus fracture hua tha 5 weeks meo sahi hogya aur ye 5 mahine tak follow Kiya tha maine , per haa tumhara 1 season aur 3 tour chutt jayega toh 1 saal pura barbaad ho jaayega professionally.....

Hi I am you are doing well. The same thing happened to me. After my surgery of a rode + screws. My leg is veryyyyyyy swollen and its my 4th week its not healing like not properly my doctor said it will be ok in 6 to 8 weeks. I am able to move my foot. Because my leg bone the other bone and my ankle got cracked. Can you please tell me what should i do? Or what did your doctor said or recommended????

Aaj maine apna final cast remove karaya par mujhe chalne samay leg ke neeche ki side muscles me pain hai.. Fracture wale spot par nahi hai par kyoki knee ke neeche tak cast tha to wo muscles pain kar rhi hai.. Is it normal in intial days of plaster removal?
