In this German lesson you will learn the most important and frequently asked questions in the German language. There is a suitable answer to every question. This way you practice basic vocabulary and phrases for everyday life with dialogues and examples. This way you can quickly understand German and speak German. Unconsciously you practice German pronunciation and of course German grammar. The main topic in this lesson for German level A1 is certainly the interrogative pronouns and the sentence order (position of the verbs). But there are also the following grammatical points.
Separable verbs:
In the German language there are separable verbs in which the prefix is separated from the stem of the verb. For example: "begin" - "I'm starting the German course." The separable prefix often emphasizes a direction or action. When conjugating, the verb stem changes depending on the person: "I'm starting." "You start." "He/She/It begins." and the prefix is at the end of the sentence. It is important to use the correct prefix to make the meaning of the verb clear.

Dative:
It is important for German learners to understand the dative in order to form correct sentences. The dative indicates to whom or what something belongs or for whom an action is carried out. It helps to practice lots of examples and become familiar with the prepositions that require the dative.

The superlative of adjectives is used in German to express the highest degree of a quality or condition.

Prepositions that always require the dative indicate a specific relationship to a place, a direction, a time or a goal.
