Based on the average income of a resident in Petoskey, $250,000 is affordable. Everything is relative though and I understand that $250,000 isn’t affordable to a lot of people. Thank you for watching and the comment!
of the places you mentioned gaylord is the only town that has reasonable house prices. the problem with living up north when you are older is available health care. petoskey and traverse city are the only towns with good heath care. if you live anywhere else you will be making long drives.
Indian River in cheboygan are now becoming.. higher tax areas . As they see Emmet county has been screwing us for years they are now doing the same thing
None of those spots are affordable!!! I live in Petoskey. East Jordan and Boyne Falls is a trash town. Its all methed up in all the towns he spoke of..
You should do a list of the most affordable cities in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I know of more than a few people UP here that work remotely just as I do.
@@genodangelo yes! I will take snowmobiling, boating, ice fishing, Fall colors, and swimming over sicarios, prostitution, machine guns, cocaine, and persistent cloudy humidness and other dangers. There is no country like them United States, and no state like Michigan. I absolutely LOVE it here!
