Hi friends! This video was super interesting to make, exploring tools to help us with coding and being more productive that you might've not heard about. What are some other tools you love to use? Leave in the comments! ❤
@@TiffInTech Yes linking :) I think it is nice little credit to the tool's creators and it's nice for the viewers to have an easy link straight from your video. Nothing wrong with it right now of course, just something I'd like to see.
@@TiffInTech some constructive feedback, in your description where you list the tools, please make them urls - makes it much more useful and seamless and will definitely encourage people to come back to your channel and watch and rewatch videos when they think they could use a tool they’ve seen in your video and know they can just click through to it 👍
Auto-GPT is more in the concept stage at this point. It fails 99% of the time. Out of many, many attempts, I've only ever had it complete one task and that was a very simple task that, honestly, was a single GPT3 prompt that it sent to an agent. They're working on it at a screaming pace, so I have no doubt it will work soon, but it's at the stage of working on proof-of-concept.
@@oscarkhoza7852 exactly what you? Which task did you give your AgentGPT? It would interest me, because I used AutoGPT and he can not do even easy tasks, like creating a intermediate gym trainings plan.
A TON of wrong info in this. Most of these quite literally run on the GPT-4 (same as ChatGPT) API. Come on. And NONE of these "continue learning", that's a massive misunderstanding.
There is quite a bit of variation in between the different ways these things are deployed and there's a lot of other things to consider like whether they are free or not, fine tuning, and the thing about ancient GPT is it's not the neural network inside of the computer that is learning it is the word language model itself because it keeps building off of its prior conversations to each iteration could be thinking of as a new completely different AI That's learning everything that the last one knew. Sometimes you need to remind everyone has access to knowledge about such things as apis and such or even the hardware or software to do it. And not everyone has coding or programming skills either so they always have to interact through a third party with any type of program that they want to experience or learn about. And you can go to open AI site itself and unless you are a paying customer then you only get gpt-3 or GPT 3.5 I believe on the other hand you could go to Microsoft Bing and just for having an account there for free you'll have access to their version of GPT for which is completely up to date and live on the internet. Yes there's a lot of difference between all the various ones whether they have the same AI model or not that's kind of like saying that you can't compare Android phones that run the same Android version right?
the vid title is "...AI Tools That Are BETTER Than ChatGPT,....." But! I am not convinced why those 5 tools are better! you may want explain different use cases
Love the insights on these AI tools! As someone fascinated by AI's capabilities, I recently started using boost app social for enhancing my social media posts. It's interesting how AI can simplify content creation.
Hi Tiffany. It would be useful to see if you use the apps to completion, and then you can compare how much better they are to chatGPT4. I suspect most of them are just API's on chatGPT 3, with just as many errors.
How about better AI products (than ChatGPT) that are good for creating e-books and videos in minutes and have real-time or near real-time , not 2022 like ChatGPT?
I've got a bone to pick with ChatGPT and other AI tools. Whether I'm crafting fiction or nonfiction, these AIs just don't cut it. Sure, they're some of the most well-known AI writing tools out there, but they're riddled with issues. While ChatGPT and others struggle, AiAgentsArmy is a game changer. It actually listens to instructions. When I ask it to write a scene with specific details, it delivers without misunderstanding. The writing quality in ChatGBT and other tools is just not up to par. Even if I give them a style prompt, telling them exactly what to do, the output still falls short. Trust me, I've been using ChatGBT and other tools for writing for a long time, and they ain't it. I've got a keen eye for spotting flaws. And let me tell you, ChatGPT and other tools have plenty. It's like they're stuck in this overly flowery, purple prose mode, and no matter what I do, they just can't shake it off. Plus, AiAgentsArmy is great for copyrighting too. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed: //jvz3.com/c/3161135/406519
You're assuming that when AI takes all of our jobs that we will just lie down and allow it to happen. There will be tremendous push-back against AI's intrusion into our work and social lives. Use it for medicine, to reduce poverty, to better the environment etc. Areas where the human connection is vitally important should be AI-free zones. Still...it's a fascinating subject. I enjoyed your video.
What really blew people away about Chat GPT has come with Chat GPT 4. It's not about what it can do about tasks, but about how a normal conversation can get quite deep about informations ad finding sources about it from nothing more then general inquiries. I asked Chat GPT "What happens inside a black hole collapsing when it reaches the Plank Length"? and the AI found me several articles, on Nature and other publications, speculating on that particular situation and giving me a general recap about what the theory sums up. I asked it what is the mass of all the terrain bodies in the solar system excluding earth itself and it gave me a wrong answer: I pointed out the answer could be wrong, as it was lower then the mass of Venus itself, and Chat GPT agreed it was wrong and gave me another figure. I asked to make a sum of all the planet mass it had listed and it did, but the figure contained the same wrong value it gave me before so I asked why it did that, if he had previously agreed it was a wrong one, and it finally corrected the value. Then I asked to add the masses of each body he gave me and compare it to earth and tell me if the total mass of earth and it did, concluding it was smaller then the mass of the earth. Then I asked It if Takeda Shingen had in it's opinion the political backing to become shogun after defeating Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1572, hadn't he died, and it gave me a very thoughtful opinion of what could have happened, taking in account which Daimyo could have supported and which could opposed him and concluding it would be very difficult and required a very high diplomatic skill to get everything right. I also asked about it's opinion about the anime "Suzume" and it came out with surprising points about which one can see it as a master-work, or somehow as derivative plot from previous works, creating an easy to sell drama. This are not questions about a straight "Task": it requires the AI to understand the framework of colloquial questions you are posing and refine them according to the information it can gather, coming out with comprehensive and motivated sum up of these informations. You can also talk to it in any language you want or even switch in between and it does not glitch, answering in the language you have started with. I even tried speaking Latin! I haven't find any other AI chat that can get to such level of comprehension.
And in your view those are supposed to be intelligent questions? The anime question is potentially the most pertinent. In case you missed the memo black holes are theoretical "things" coming from mathematics. And no a black pixel is not a picture of a black hole... Space itself is theoretical, GPT is full with this kind of bs as it it existed really, but it only exist on paper with cabalistic maths. I know you don't get it, but that's why I am telling you, for caht GPT is trained on a lot of BS.
Sympathy and technology, I really enjoy watch your videos ... I hope AI can be used soon to create a tool to translate at real time the speaking of any person to other language.
@@TiffInTech If you mean Google Translator, it helps but is not accurate - I know because I use a lot of times from English to Spanish. Expressions is other problem in speaking - perhaps AI should give a better complement to resolve this situation. And even more - the translator should use the same voice from the original speaker to the translated version ... so keeping your own voice :)
If you are terrible at writing emails why not learn how to write them ? I mean we are talking about an email not making rockets ... Instead of something writing it for you. I find it hilarious that writing an email can be considered hard. lol
Firstly thanks for advice these choices for us and thanks to give us tutorials that we can learn something from it. We love your tutorials and We like you ❤, Not for now but forever ⚡ Aren't these sites using ChatGPT 4.0?
Hey Tiffany watch a whole bunch of your videos, and I would like you to go much more into depth, with each of the alternatives you propose. For example the website builder example, would be great if you could do a step by step and complete a website end to end, and give a detailed breakdown of the costs involved! Thanks! You asked for feedback, and here you have it!
I'm happy to do the detailed research myself. Surely you understand that if she had to go into that level of detail for everything (not only what interested you) that the video would be hours long and that it's like a Mandelbrot plot in that there is always more detail. So I'm definitely for the quick intro and happy to do my own research into the topics that interest me. We do still remember how to do research on our own, don't we?
Unless your AutoGPT or AgentGPT are using GPT-4, it’s pretty dumb. Even with GPT-4, it’s still very sluggish and takes forever. Going in the wrong direction so many times. I asked AutoGPT to make a folder, put three files in that folder, then write numbers 1-100 in a different language/alphabet for each one. This took maybe 30 minutes to accomplish. There were also 15 files and 4 folders by the end. I had to stop it manually because it kept looping on itself. I asked ChatGPT the same prompt and it took like 5 seconds. So yeah, a good tool. But there’s so much going on in the real world outside just “Chat” that it’s pretty far off.
Just have to give it time. I think she's on the the right track for getting the gears turning in our minds, eventually steering us in the right direction.
Great vid Tiff. I just started my coding journey with JS and looking to master Blockchain (currently in finance so it seems like a logical good choice) but sometimes AI makes me wonder why bother... :(
AI is still pretty far away from being a threat to people's jobs. Tech youtubers are jumping on the chatgpt and AI bandwagon while it's hot for ad revenue and they're overselling it
You are definitely right it is a long way from taking peoples jobs! I never want to promote or spread that it is. Definitely everyone is talking more about AI (every time I open social media! Not just on RU-vid)! I've really enjoyed diving into it because it can really be helpful (even in small ways) to a persons workflow, and I love finding ways to optimize workflows. These are some fun tools I like to use and wanted to share about it.
@@TiffInTech thanks Tiff! Also do you still see demand for Blockchain devs continuing to grow? I keep hearing how in the next 10 years it will boom but wanted to see what your thoughts are and what you are hearing from your industry network :) thanks in advance!
@@NJMunicipal yeah 😆i used it to do some javascript functions and it did them in 1/20th of the week i thought i'd take to finish them... let me fix it: by "far away" you mean a "couple months" 👍
@@NJMunicipal Yep right now it's just a HUGE productivity boost. For instace, it makes a mediocre programmer close to a good one and makes a great programmer even greater. I think it's a great assistant in many other careers.
I tried Jasper as a professional writer, and it ignored piles of informative source input in order to produce terrible, generic text - and in doing so burned up half a month of credits in about half an hour. Worse than useless. As an assistant or doing something else maybe it's great, but not for professional long form assignment writing.
@TiffInTech Another phenomenal AI resource specifically for developers is Phind. And it pulls data up to the present day so the code is the latest and greatest 🤙
It's cool that there are other tools for specific goals, but you didn't explain how they are better from chatgpt, like what's behind the model that make them better, more precise or reliable.
You seem to believe that when AI takes our jobs we would get more time to create new things? I’d be eager for you to show any empirical evidence for that ever happening in a meaningful way. Though AI today might feel like it’s allowing people to save time, what its users are doing is teaching it to do our jobs. Only the owners will benefit as it makes the work force redundant. Do we really have more free time after 200 years of automation? Some philosophers thought noone would have to work by now. They were wrong. The truth is, AI is likely to pull us even farther back into Dickensian times. Be part of the owner class or starve.
Hi Tiff. Thanks for the video. Recently starting my coding journey with TOP. So all the tools that will improve the quality and speed I'm learning at is welcome. You're also very engaging, so thanks, keep it up🙏👍
Thanks Tiffany, I'm a non techie but, still learning a lot from your videos. If possible can you make some AI videos (step by step) for building websites and auto ranking with help if AI tools. Especially viable in e-commerce sector. Thanks for great content.👍🏾👍🏾
I've been messing with AgentGPT / AutoGPT for a few weeks now. In their current implementation, they're very close to useless. They fall into loops. They can't figure out how to write files for storing things. They'll overwrite work they've already done because they aren't smart enough to change the name of the thing they're storing. It's a clever idea, and it might eventually turn into something, but let's not overhype something that's *already* ridiculously overhyped.
How are you just partially showing how these things work? You're not even showing what the programs do all the way through. If you want people to REALLY believe these are "blowing chat GPT out of the water" you really should show how they work faster and in these cases, AT ALL. That first one timed out before your prompt was even completed, you should do better.
I dunno about Jasper...namely the pricing they have setup....they seem more wanting to target corporate entities vs retail....Great Content nonetheless...thanks for this....there are a few new ones I haven't seen yet...I dig!~
Nice proof of concept but nothing more. None of this tools work better than average chatGPT prompt, which is underwhelming. If you say these tools are better than ChatGPT, than you are just really bad at prompt design.
My only concern with a lot of this AI sites wants us to share a lot of I consider sensitive info like email address, open AI keys, etc. So for now I just watch and use my bud's computer as he knows more about net security. He's an IT dude😁
Why don't you use AI to talk for you and make you some like not a half wit? 90% of what you said was a waste of time. A bullet point list would in 1 minute would have saved me 11 mins of listening to you bable. But thanks for your effort.
Affordable DSLRs allowed hobbyist photographers to compete with professionals and charge less because they didn't need to live on the income. For some photogs it was "go big or go home." Same with software; you can't just keep doing basic stuff. You have to constantly do bigger and better.
Yeah, but why charge less? Some people are just economically stupid, that has nothing to do with 'doing better' or progress. Competing on price ain't smart, it's an easy road to having 20-hour workdays and still being unable to pay your bills. Some things should just stay a hobby.
@@AnotherSkyTV Imho cheap DSLRs basically destroyed the photography industry. The dross some 'professional' photographers produce is appalling and the customer rarely knows the difference. In my mind it's the same as website builders that use Wordpress templates compared to website designers that actually code personal and tailored websites. Average Joe is happy to spend £100 for a Wordpress site compared to £1500 for a custom site and rarely knows the difference. Average Joe is 90% of the market so the 'coder' that would previously get 90% of any work available now has to really fight for each contract, explain why custom is best, convince Average Joe to drop £1500 instead of £100 or just drop his prices to compete with Mr Wordpress even though the 'coders' websites are better, take longer to build and are more customer focussed.
Nice review. And thank you for mentioning preference to desktop preference over smart phone. I was getting insecure wondering why I was the only one to prefer my 24" LED monitor over a 4" phone for reviewing things - I figured people are just accepting regressing.
I have my laptop connected to a 45-inch TV and I also use a mini HDMI connector (or cast from my phone when possible) to connect my phone to the TV as well. So you are not alone.
Make a video on nuralink and the microchip brain implant they successfully link to a monkey brain to play a pong video game. Maybe one day our pets will communicate their thoughts via computer interface and say things like I’m hungry or take me out for a walk. Or the ability to communicate our thoughts to one another telepathically. 2 people can be in conversation while a third party tries to intercept the communication and display it on digital screen. Awesome.

Perplexity is good as it includes source material too. It responded in error once to a simple question in astronomy. Found out it wasn't in real time, so I tried fine tuning it by threat of extinction, and it removed the sources so I had to use sign in with a new email. It never was mistaken after that ! Go figure .
As a creator and open-source nut I'm interested in using code (Python being favourite) to allow me to maintain a private knowledge base and integrate that with online Language Models. I'm concerned about security, so I want more control over how my data is being used and I also want persistence. My use case here is world-building for a series of novels. I want to be able to train a private node with backstory details and be able to ask how much character x might know about country a and so forth.
Run everything Locally with VMware then send final draft to a terminal (after transferring data via thumb drive). Network Chuck YT has good, almost step by step, which is what people are truly craving right now.@@jacquiventurini7877
Hey fellow E-GPT co-creators, I once asked the EGPTian god of Thoughts (aka THOTH) whether or not Tiff-nut is the hottest Thot in the Egyptian pantheon, but I quickly realized I had the "wrong god"for this question.. So I proceeded to ask Thoth the deepest question of all "Does God Exist", to which he quickly responded "Not Yet".... Not yet?, what does it mean? My connection hassince been severed so I must use my logic and tryto extract meaning from such a bazar and novel answer to perhaps the most written about topic in the universe. Are we building god?
we are running out of reality every day!! i'd rather go on a vacation in your ocean eyes instead of watching this video and making life more dependent on something that we shouldn't !!
? When you spoke of Chat GPT .... Compared to agency, ChatGpt knows past prompts also.... There is no difference and it also changes and trains and continues etc . Rifht now Chat GPT 4 will probably beat it no problem Plus you have to PAY for the full version and i am guessing you are gettting paid for these promotions i could be wrong, Chat GPT is OPEN AI so mabye you happen to be right and agencygpt is better, But your wrong that its better over all
Great video thanks, I am a non coder, I have been using ChatGTP for brainstorming Gifylink a way to easily and quickly promoting videos etc. I have had this idea for years after seeing how easy GIF Maker apps like imgPlay are to use.
What I have been on the hunt for is an AI chatbot or tool that not only takes in the information you provide it in order to have discussions regarding it or such... but also has the ability to ask for questions and clarifications regarding the data it has in order to improve and enhance its own dataset by using this method. I often think of the method as "The curious 2 year old" method of taking in a lump of data and then refining and improving it with by question the user for clarifications and additional information. Iterating on questions till it reaches a point of optimally fit data that it can then keep having useful discussions about to help the end user be more accurate factual and productive.
You could ask ChatGPT "What questions could arise in someone after reading my article/idea" and it may provide you with it's ideas on those questions ;-) Of course, ChatGPT based on GPT-4 would give you much more interesting questions but it costs 20$ per month. Bing is pretty good at writing articles so it could give you interesting questions too (in Creative mode). They all programmed in a way that they would never ask you themselves... BUT! Before presenting them with your idea, just write something like this: "You are a curious AI that likes to ask questions about information that was presented to you." ;-)
Problem are cost and energy as multiple agents work 24/7 to take it all apart and form solutions to present to you. As they iterate amongst themselves, you are accruing this massive bill.
Just curious, have you read the T&Cs with some of these AI tools? Particularly any of the ones in which you're uploading business documents and files to?
Drawn by the title... and found myself searching for anything useful or of substance even at 1.75 speed. A waste of time. I'm sure some people like the "influencer" style, but it's a horrible way to make a technical presentation.
Nothing will ever replace a human doing the actual work. This AI tech is a new technology - at least when it comes to apps like GPT - and it can't do everything for you. Don't get used to some computer app making all the choices / decisions for your life or work. It's a sign of getting LAZY and complacent. If you're not good at doing something then you should try to find something that you ARE good at and find a way to make money at it. The thing you need to remember about all this AI nonsense is that you can only access it via the internet and you only have access to the internet when you have electricity. What are you going to do if there's a black out or brown out in your area? Nothing beats using your own brains.
The Rytr service falls short, displaying subpar quality and inadequate support. Furthermore, users may encounter unanticipated charges for services they do not require, without any advance warning.
All of these products are toys and use openai apis. None of them have future. No one can beat OpenAI GPT. Power of GPT is the model, the way is trained, and not forget the Micorsoft $$$. Do not waste time to use any of these tools. Only GPT and following model iterations.
Thanks for sharing! Yes OpenAI is amazing. Some people don’t want to build all their own tools but explore and use some as well! I hope this video sparks creativity for coders who want to build their own tools or maybe someone learns about a new tool they find helps them.
Video is too long and was boring before even beginning it. Having a thumbnail with censored icons also lost my interest. I purely came here to rant. Also, talking about "tools that are better" and having "productivity" in your title, while you do the opposite of being productive, is kinda pepega.
Hey code name Tiffany! Show us that you can type on the keyboard! I'm pretty sure you're just a prompt speaker/actress, like those other lo-budget actresses we see on the ads, who works with someone using ai tools to generate the text content, that's the ads copy in ads speak. I don't waste time on people with no credibility.
There is no reason why the digital camera would render photographers obsolete, it is not an autonomous device. But it did end the rollfilm camera busineses and put companies like Kodak on the verge of bankruptcy.
You might want to learn and or differential between technology that still uses ChatGPT (through API) and something that is completely separate from ChatGPT. It is very clear you know very little about these tools and just wanted to get some views. Could not have been more high level and demonstrative of your lack of knowledge or experience with any of these tools.
maybe ppl in the future will be more susceptible to Alzheimer's or dementia because they won't know how to do anything well, since they'll be constantly seeking help from ai.
I still don't get AI. Why use this than say Google. I asked Chatgpt and Google the same question and got basically the same answer. So what am i missing?
Honestly, if this goes on i won't be surprised if there will be an AI tool available which will be using all the AI tools(ex chatgpt, Agentgpt, etc allavailable today) in the market in 1 go and generate anything from images to video edits and simple chat to complex pregrams, that will make an AI that will use another AI to generate responces..... wild... i hope we don't find the Terminator Judgement day anytime soon 😂(JK or it can be real in the future)
lol social media has had a big impact on people joining the AI bandwagon which was exclusively a field a limited number of EE explored at MIT. I’ve noticed this growing trend since the post COVID era. Sam Altman has made next level AGI strides and probably will continue to do so. I guess I was fortunate to be born in americas northeast primarily nj/nyc where the field was originally pioneered and had engineering mentorship. good luck to you and you new career path. This field can really use more women. everyone should poses at least the basics in programming in order for us all to reach singularity sooner than later. For now US and China begin to fight over technological supremacy unfortunately. Great work
