This was very helpful for one of my assignment questions. The question asked me to explain how I would use ICT tools in a fun way in order to achieve more student success, engagement or contribution from students during my lesson. I included some of these applications that you mentioned in your video. Thank you for creating such an educational video and thank you for creating amazing content that helps student teachers as myself.
Hello Lizé, thanks for taking your time to leave a comment. Happy to hear you've found the content helpful. Good luck with your studies and let me know (in the comments) if you need have other ideas for future videos to help student teachers. Thanks!
Thanks for all the tools. I'm actually not a teacher, but I have microsoft teams so I can chat with my friends and teachers. So I was planning on giving the link to my teacher. Amazing content by the way.
Hello Nancy, thanks for your comment. I have made a dedicated video for overwhelmed teachers a few months ago :) It should make you feel a little better about yourself: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-A5-WVe3lTo0.html
tNice tutorials actually was, and I'm just starting myself, I have no idea what I'm doing but I have a ton of ideas in my head. Ti to figure tNice tutorials out
Hello, I appreciate you taking your time to leave a comment. My mission is to produce simple, authentic, and independent guides on educational technology. I am happy you found my video guides useful and easy to follow.
@@edtechii You have accomplished your mission, but please don't abort now! In the second semester we have been 'ordered' to have online sessions, so I am currently trying to set up my class using your suggestions. I will check back regularly to survive and, eventually, thrive. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, it will improve my life and the lives of my students as well. Glad to know you!
Hello from a fellow teacher of English from Russia :-) Thanx, it was very helpful. I already knew online stopwatch and quizizz but the others are new to me. I also use a number picker spinner from online stopwatch to pick a number when playing boardgames with young learners. They love spinners more than interactive dice haha
Thanks for the comment! Spinners and trackers are by far the most engaging teaching aids when it comes to young learners. Have you seen my video on PowerPoint games? I review a couple of tools that I'm sure you will be able to plug into your lessons with the youngsters.
Thank you much for your interesting sharing. Could I just ask you how can I set up No hands app with Ms team? I use dell and I don't know how to set it up. Thank you.
Hello Lan, and thank you for your question. There is a standalone tutorial on how to install NoHands application: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4Q6iFBLlm3E.html&t Let me know it worked.
наткнулась на ваше видео по работе. Думала, какой-то американец , а тут реклама на русском. Прекрасно говорите! 👏 Quizizz один из любимых, попробую и остальные приложения
Thank you for sharing. Is it easy to make the game with power point? Yes, I really did not aware that we could use power point for doing that kind of game.
Hi Evgenii. Which app will enable my English students to work in pairs, talk in pairs and in the whole group as per ESA lessons? I will be very grateful for a reply.
@@edtechii thanks a lot for your reply and the link. I explored Gather and it leads me to a page asking for 'my spaces' but that button is not enabled.
Some screen recording softwares have that as an option. Alternatively you can download a mouse icon with a highlight around it and set that icon as your default mouse icon in your computer settings.
@@sheetalheena Thanks for responding. I wanted it to use for powerpoint presentations. I downloaded an icon set (mouse with highlight around it) and altered my mouse settings, but for some reason, it did not work.
@@stacyw4508 sure.. That's strange.. Maybe don't download a set, but just the individual icon with the mouse highlight, and then when you're presenting, see which cursor your mouse turns into, and then change that cursor icon in your settings. Good luck.
Thank you for your video! I love the simplicity of the Monsters & Dinosaur game! Question: How can I download that so it stays a PowerPoint? It keeps converting to G slides & then when you click- it shows the boxes in order- not the one you click on to.
Hell Nicole, thanks for your comment. The Monsters & Dinosaurs activity only works when you open the file using PowerPoint. Make sure when you click the download link in the description of the video, you then download the actual file onto your computer as a PowerPoint file and not open it via Google Slides. Does it make sense?
Hi, Evgenii! This is great! Thanks for your tips! Only 2 of my tutorials might be considered relevant, but I think they might both be useful for other fellow teachers creating digital resources: (1) how to create fillable PDFs for free; and (2) creating documents with free legally binding eSignatures 🎁. Wish you all the best and once again thank you for sharing!
