I just got two new fish over the weekend - went to Petco to get two 75 G tanks before sale ended and came back with two Gold Sevrum and a pretty little Discus that was in a tank of random Tetras . I guess some guy ordered two but the min Petco can order in is three.of course I felt sorry for the one tat was left. Anyway, I have lots of favs but loving my new guys!

I love these fish... i miss having my tanks running (i started to move to often to be able to keep them, so all the fish were gifted to trusted friends and a local fish store owner)

I definitely prefer the standard natural version of the Agassizi over the mutation but they are still beautiful

Always great content! Hope you’re able to get that fish room going again and settled in! Hope the channel grows a lot in 2021! I think apisto cacatodioes will be my next fish I buy! Gorgeous fish! How do they do in a fancy aqua scapes tank though? Would they destroy a sand path and aqua soil?

I fell in love with the Apistogramma Agassizii Super Red the first time I saw them. They will be the centerpiece of my 75 gallon tank, when I set it up.

You wanted to know viewer favorite ish, I love Rams ubt have been recently introduced to to Apistos and fell in love. I bought 3 juvinal pairs of the double red then you have to go and show all these others now I'm over here drooling over the blue/yellow ones and the orange/yellow ones. I'm afraid I may have to buy a dozen more tanks.

My favorite currently is apistogramma abacaxis. The purple chin on the males is pretty awesome. Not really one you will see it a lfs, but they are more accessible than some other kinds I have. But I'm also an apisto nut so that might not count.

I kind of want all of them! I want apistos so bad but everything is shut down right now here still 😓 but when things open back up I’m going to see if I can get my hands on a pair of the Apistogramma borellii blue opal 😊 They’re such gorgeous fish

Fish Central the male killed both female double reds, he was exceptionally aggressive. Since then I got a pair of apistogramma cacatuoides and they are doing awesome🙂👍🏻

Just a question. You said you breed them each type on a community tank. I saw same apisto on same tank. Dont they fight especially males? Can they breed with all of them in one tank?

Nice choices. I currently have 1 pair of Macmasteri and 2 pair of Hongsloi (1 pair spawned and I’m raising 6 fry) little fish with big personality 👍

Apistogramma hinsloi & panda are awesome fish I have trio ove macmasteri bought second female couple weeks ago due to male consistently chasing female so thought by buying another female would help other female as my male wants to non stop breed 2 weeks ago my first female spawned just before I got my second female & she ate 2 spawns ove eggs at 2 days stage I have 3 babies from her 3rd spawn I've took them out main tank & raising them in different tank as we speak now second female has spawned noticed late last night when I got home noticed everything was over one side ove the tank after inspection over the tank noticed second female was guarding coconut top left corner ove my tank I've kepted eye on her she seems to be doing ok she's 1 day in another 2 more days to go till they hatch keeping my fingers crossed I get alot more this time round would be awesome as these fish are my favourite & also very rare near me has all my local pet shops can not get them

I have apistogramma cacatuious triple red but I want to get apistogramma macmasteri probly get super reds pair & also want apistogramma borelli to add to my tank then I will buy bunch ove schooling fish tetra but not sure on what breed yet but do have 2 diamond rummynoses in my tank as we speak

Hey I was wondering. What tank size would you recommend. For 6 celestial Pearl danios. 6 chili rasboras. 6 Pygmy Cory cats and 2-3 clown killifish. Would a 10 gallon planted tank with a canister filter be good or would I need bigger ?

Bigger, definitely. The chili rasboras alone need more than that as they're active swimmers and need space (even though they're tiny). That's with no tank mates. With all the other fish, definitely a fair bit bigger than 10 gallon.

I having a 55 gallonn coming soon. I want this type of fish. Any suggestions. I have a 75 gallon bichir monster tank and a 30 gallon cichlid tank not the common dwarf cichlid. Love my tanks. I was thinking a wolf fish or a exotic cichild tank no oscars. Please help me

My cacatuoides triple reds were amazing! Unfortunately, my tank somehow got contaminated with camullanus worms and it took them out faster than I could blink.
