What I'm starting to notice with all of these sites (especially the robotics one) is that you don't necessarily have to be a great UI designer. You just need a great graphic artist who can draw/render great 2D or 3D visuals. Whoever made those clips of the robots moving is great. And herein lies my point: Content is King. If your content (images, videos, etc.) is garbage, it's VERY difficult to design around it.
oh no I think you need to have both thing if you wanna your design perfectly, professionally, premiumly,... instead of the medium, unprofessional thing !
what you're saying is quite a paradox for many but It does hold some truth. To come up with all of it on your own, you DO NEED TO BE A FORMIDABLE DESIGNER, ILLUSTRATOR. But to "stitch it" together and come up with the end result by assembling already made components, you need like half a brain and the most basic linear eye and attention to detail. Hell, it's similar to grade 3 crafts
The pure purpose of a design agency website is to demonstrate their creativity and ability to think outside the box. It’s not meant to be super functional
@@insertnickname5842 yeah proiving that they shouldn't be designing for web. Web is a platform, if your design obfuscates the information then it's a bad design no matter how pretty it is.
Netrix is amazing. Can you please do a video explaining how it was made? Also, please let us know which is Webflow and which is third party software like Aftereffects or video (especially for the Lewa House). Thanks
Rayn, if you can tell me how have that pencil like stroke used in netrix website. I want to use it as border of image PS: i dot use webflow, if you can tell CSS
Many of these looks like they use very detailed and advanced front-end engineering. Others use complicated WebGL setups. Even recreating one of these sites seems like a very tall drink to me.
Also, from what I saw, all of the sites in this video appear to have stuff that would need some front-end engineering. Unfortunately, if you're not a web dev engineer yourself, to ask for a video explaining how the sites were made seems unrealistic. /: This is especially true considering different web devs tend to use different front-end stacks and do things differently.
@@The-cyber-imbiber Very accurate ... you can't just come and ask for a recreation to one of these sites as if it was a common and easy way and NOT A CREATIVE WAY of building them
When I say I am obsessed with these series. Its an understatement. I really don't know much about web designing and all but this all gets me dreamy and so happy. Thank You. Would love yo learn designing some day.🥺💛🌼
Why do web designers constantly drool over those slideshow sites? They are invariably clunky to use, the user never feels like they're in control of the experience.
I'm not far in yet but I can't see how these visuals support the user experience. There is beauty in design but there is more beauty in functional or Interface design that guides the user. I doubt these would be accessible for any kind of impaired customer.
Hey, Ryan. It would be awesome if you could side-by-side explain how some of these designs you think were done, like of the top of your head. Great Video as always!
great video. here is an idea for you, quit the loud booming intro/outros, its quite rude to my neighbors . some channels do it. i always hate it and thats why, plus its not good for your ears. youtube doesnt have a sound level or gain relief feature like other apps like spotify, who knows why
I reali love the first one! little Question OT: What's the name of the song used for the intro? Is cool, I want add this to my playlist when design website layout!
11:05 this is such an accessible design! Audio Visual designs are super helpful for people and I think that is a great addition to the design that made it unique.
