That would normally be a concern but I don't think my wife will be splashing water that far up the wall. According to code in my state, you should have a GFCI within 6' of any tub or sink. So yes, you are correct but I didn't think it was necessary for my situation but I should have made it more clear in the video and probably should've put one in. Thanks for pointing that out!
My bathroom is fairly large, if I do get a lot of moisture I can open my window! You can also use your exhaust fan if you need too or just not take to hot of showers!
