I am a huge Foredom fan and love your equipment but I have to say that this one has be baffled. Why would you call a buffer/grinder a bench top lathe? The definition of a lathe is the following not according to me but according to Cambridge English Dictionary. Lathe - a machine for changing the shape of a piece of wood, metal, etc. that works by turning the material while a sharp tool is pressed against it. Again, just not sure why you would call a buffer a lathe?

With that said thank you for introducing me to a different context of the word and being used by a different field then I would be used to. I am always interested in learning things new and you definitely taught me one today. I would have never thought that the term "lathe" would be differently in the dental field.
