Front hub motors too readily lose traction. And to those commenting about the tendency to tip, well, it's simply a matter of two things: SLOW DOWN, and LEAN SLIGHTLY INTO THE TURN. It's also best to take driveways straight on, rather than at an angle. Ride cautiously until you get a feel for what you can and cannot do safely. I love my e-trike (Lectric), and have had zero issues with stability.
The issue with trikes with the 'paired' wheels at the back is that they are inherently unstable in a turn leading to tip-over or high-siding. This dynamic is compounded by the body mass at a high center of gravity. A recliner trike would significantly reduce this tendency, but put the 'paired' wheels at the front and the inertia dynamic shifts to the loaded front wheel just like your spread-ed outside foot takes the load and resists rotation as it loads up. The single front wheel cannot resist angular rotational moments and just serves as pivot point. There is a lot more involved in the dynamics created by either style of trike, but this simple explanation is all I can offer on this venue.
I agree with you re the front hub motor, they are not good for hilly terrain, mid or rear hub motor only for me. There are e-trikes out now with limited slip dif available to and I would not buy an e-trike that didn't hsve this feature. Having the differential means that the outside rear wheel can move slightly faster than the inside wheel (like on your car) and this helps a lot with stability around corners on a trike as does slowing down when going around a corner. People have to show some common sense, it's a trike not a two wheeler and you need to pay attention and learn to ride it properly and safely. 😊 accordingly! 😊
I have the Addmotor M360 I have owned it for 10 months and have put over 2,000 mi on it. I love this Trike it took me a little while to get used to the way it tips up on the two wheels in the corners, but now that I'm used to it, it is just so much fun to ride
I have an M-340 I get stranded out with flat tires every time, I’m done, it’s got two (2) more flats right now, (This is not what my retirement is about) it has been sitting for a couple of yrs now, the local bike shops are a nightmare, price gouging SOB’s, no help at all. I bought a pride pursuit xl mobility scooter, NO FLATS, YET. Knock on wood.

As an electric bike enthusiast, I would say the Addmotor M-360 takes the cake. It's a beast! The M-360 combines power, comfort, and versatility like a champ. Love my addmotor best!
Andre, it's also the "tippyest". These trikes are for me, w/bad balance. Also, LOOSE THE PEDELS! I know there there for codes, but us old folks just need a well-designed foot base. WE DONT USE PEDELS!! Bottom line manufacturers: WIDE STANCE/HYDRALIC BRAKES/WELL EQUIPPED-(BASKETS)/EASE OF GETTING ON/AND FANTASTIC PASTELL COLORS!
Why doesn't anyone make a solar charger for recharging these bikes while you are riding them. It could have a solar panel mounted on the handle bars. Solar powerd electric fences have been around for over 30 years. The same goes for cars and trucks. You could have a solar panle on the top of the car .
In addition to showing the bike technical specs, the space between your rear wheels is an important feature because the whiter the track the more stable the bike. Most streets and roads have a crown. A trike is always wriding at an angle.
I'm grateful for your mercy your forgiveness in my heart and my soul and my spirit and my conscience and in my mind in my body thank you Lord Jesus Christ Messiah and I truly want to give that gift to everybody around me yes in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ Messiah we pray are soul two keep amen amen amen
The 10.4 ampere hour battery with a 750 watt motor will not get you far. There is a lot of pedalling to be made. One cannot assume that all countries are flat with no hills to climb.
Okay what I want you to know is it says that you can take the park apart I'm disabled I want to be able to put it on a bus the three-wheeler bike where in collapses so that I can go to another town do you have that kind of three-wheeler bike

Some of these brands have gotten really bad reviews such as "Addmotor" not to mention a couple others. They did not bother to mention HJM nor Ricksaw which are great trikes meeting a number of needs in power and larger applications. The reviewer was obviously trying to stab a few brand names for some fast cash from the supplier

We understand your frustration. It's disappointing that these options aren't available in Germany. Hopefully, the market will expand soon to offer more choices. Stay tuned for updates and explore local alternatives.
These are literally all the same bike, rebranded with whatever logo. They all come from 1 or 2 different factories in china (I live in Beijing china) the only difference is the components the company chooses and the logo they attach to the bike lol.
Why wasn't there a mention of differentials (or a lack thereof) for these trikes? Without differential tyres will scrub in turns and wear out quickly. A bit more important than colour choice. Very poorly reasearched video.
You can usually find the contact information for the manufacturers or sellers of these tricycles on their official websites or through online retailers. Check out the description or comments section for relevant links. Happy shopping! 🛒🚴♀️
