For iCloud mail there is E2EE encryption of mail storage and sending to other iCloud users I’m not understanding your logic of security as it’s basically the same as protonmail which needs two proton accounts to….
You failed to mention that with Outlook that is NOT just an email plan but access to the full downloadable Office suite and 1TB of One Drive storage. The Outlook cost is not nearly so bad when you consider those additions.

Some providers, Proton for example, doesn't provide customer telephone support. Problem info is sent to Proton in email form. At the payment confirmaation step in the installation process Proton displayed the message that it could not confirm current valid credit card payment info. If email application has not been installed and operable, how can email be used to send problem info ?

The payed version (part of workspace) DOES NOT use the data for advertising, same for giving away data to e.g. government requests just like that. Especially for EU residents, there are very strong privacy laws active. Google adheres to that. (the same is true for 365)
I’ve reached a gmail limit…apparently you can only create 4-5 accounts with one phone number. So I am forced to move to something else. it seems the next best option is outlook.
@@AceofDlamonds honestly, i was able to secure the gmail account. gmail is obviously the best option, but outlook seems like the next best. i hate that gmail is the superior right now, but that's just how it is. im not sure, what do you think?
You got Outlook incorrect. On the paid personal you get 50GB of email, 1TB of OneDrive and all the Office apps online and offline. You get all of that for $69. For the family plan you get five accounts each having 50 gigs per account and one terabyte of one drive and all of the Office apps on and off-line. Make sure you do your homework next time.
So if I go paid i.e for business proton mail is the route while if I go free i.e for my personal use, Gmail is the way for non apple users and iCloud is the way for apple users
Except for the new Outlook terms of Service agreeing to tun your account into a data source that can be shared/sold to anyone anytime anywhere. More intrusive than even Google ever was. I don't understand why people just don't use Proton mail.
That's why I am switching away from most MS products/services, their 365 subscription, you miss a monthly payment then you are stuffed, they immediately shut off access to the service.
Yahoo account is not nice at all. I have an account but when I open it to other device it needs verification code from my number. My concern here is what if I lose my phone. How can I open my Yahoo account? Someone educate me pls.
