I really enjoy my steam deck I use it a lot compared to my desktop as I like sitting in my backyard enjoying the beautiful weather while also playing some black ops 3 custom zombies or metro redux. I get a solid smooth 60fps on black ops 3 and older cod games are perfect as well.

So I decided to buy the ROG Ally not the Extreme version. I plan to use it to install a couple of Steam games and use it to cloud game like GFN. My question is what is the battery life like just streaming games?

If you’re an online gamer you should go with the Rog Ally over the Steamdeck. My steamdeck can’t run half the games that are on my Rog Ally

@@ashtonerby8890 my steamdeck is 512 gbs with a 1tb SD card, SOME of the games are playable on the Steamdeck but you’re going to have problems with the newer games for sure. The Rog Ally is more powerful I don’t have too many problems when it comes to playing newer titles. I would highly suggest the Rog over the Steamdeck

The Ally X should have been released with an option OLED display. That is a huge miss in my opinion. Everything else about it is wicked. An option to upgrade to 32GB would have also been awesome. I want something that can handle any task as both a handheld and desktop computer. They could easily make that happen with these few upgrades.

Nintendo switch is like the vegan steak at a steakhouse.. its looks okay but is full of shit... if you consider that a console then may as well include mobile phones cause they also play games... switch should not be paired with AAA consoles. If you wanna play indie games then have a seperate list. Dont mix it with major league players
