Hi, Misty, cool magic-dodge team. I did came up with sth similar, but Orion + sth instead of twins. I'm experimenting with the 'sth' Can be Thea (she's better than Martha here, as Thea heals instantly - I had fights where Thea restored everyone from nearly dead to full, because there were 2 Celeste buffs active) Can be Phobos - He can immobilize many dangerous and fast ph damage dealers: Yas, Galahad, Dante. He deals massive single-target mag dmg with his ult, too. Ofc Morrigan is crucial against Rufus, when attacking. I did experiment with addition of ph dmg dealers against Rufus (Iris, Cornelius, Yasmine (you have to have her pure dmg dealing skills unleveled to kill Rufus !), Cain as team pet (mine is and will be Axel)) but they struggle with offing a standalone Rufus here, big-time. I don't like Dante and Aurora on the same team, so no Dante for me, thanks. For less advanced, F2P players I think it's best to keep in mind other game modes than just [Grand] Arena and invest in heroes that also shine in Guild Raids, against bosses, etc., while doing ok in the Arenas. Regarding Sebastian, I came up with Amira-effects team that applies so much effects, that sometimes Sebastian Ode wasn't keeping up (it's up to 15 effects). Yeah, he's crucial here. Jorgen and Arachne can derail my mag-dodge team too. Sometimes I'll omit him, though, when attacking an opponent that can apply no effects.
I think there are more interesting heroes: Isaac, Aidan By interesting I mean tricky to figure out how exactly do they work and how to use them to their full potential. Not necessarily interesting = good. I don't think Aidan is a good healer. But, hey, I still trying to figure out this crazy spark-glyph-burn mechanics :P But yeah, for fast (4.5 sec) mage teams, Celeste is a rocker. She's very cool in manual too, since you can keep her in preferred form (white: more healing, dark: more dmg), depending on a situation and ult only 2 times at once.
Convinced me to build Celeste, Arachne, Dante & Sebastian. I already was using Aurora allot alongside Galahad. It's a shame that Galahad isn't top meta elite level with the other choices. Although regardless of everyone's picks and recommendations, Dorian and Ginger have always been my top favorites. I hope that skins don't matter in performance. I have almost everyone in winter series.
I slightly disagree with your opinion on Dante. Yes, He is on top 10 however, Heroes like, Heidi and Iris re nearly a hard counter for dante. I would definitely rate them higher than Dante. Dante has low armor, Magic defense and health. Despite being one of the only dodge buffers in the game, Heidi still is 2x as better than him. And he is a physical attacker, That's the main problem, 1 armor buff = a dante with 100k damage to a dante with 13k damage. But it is still your opinion tho
Heidi and Dante fulfill very different roles. I have Heidi maxed but almost never use him except versus Ishmael teams. Honestly the biggest thing that keeps Dante from being used more is the fact that Aurora exists.
Yeah a few people have asked that. I was kind of planning on doing him next time I do an agility hero. Don't quite have the resources for it right now though.

It is weird with dante that he somehow on the battlefield health randomly drains like a large portion of the tanks health while on the replay, the health is different then the one displayed. Anyone notice this?
Sebastian has lots of soft counters but none of them are enough to make Sebastian useless. Sebastian remains the most used hero in the game for a reason.
@@MistyKathrine , agree and I like Seb so much but to what I understood and saw in some fights, Polaris decreases the proba of Seb to counter effects so much that Polaris seems to be a hard counter.
@@nicolascoupsdecoeur6948 She decreases probability only while her ability is active, however she can't stop Sebastian from refreshing Ode and removing status effects on his party. That's why she's a soft, rather than hard, counter.
Excellent presentation, but there are a lot of aspects regarding the content that are inaccurate. Sebastian’s place cannot be diminished, but Aurora/Celeste/Arachne are not so great now. I can see why they’re okay on offense, but the meta now favors Heidi Nebula Rufus Amira Dante. If Dante’s so good, it would be a GREAT idea to invest in him, don’t you think?
Rufus is only good on defense and mostly not in guild wars. When playing manual it's pretty easy to beat Rufus by timing your ults to finish him with a physical attack. As an attacker Rufus leaves a lot to be desired, really only worth attacking with him if the other team is using Iris.
I agree only on the defense part, but that doesn’t stop him from being good. I feel like a lot of people are going to be misled by this video because there are a lot of great heroes who are used more than the ones listed. And not just in defense.
Misty is usually great with advice this time she's off the mark: Dante isn't a top 5 hero anymore and has been nerfed. Ive been using max dante for 2 years,, as my main damage dealer in GW, Arena, CoW from 2022 to 2024, but have stoped, I wouldn't recommend new players building their 1st team Dante any more) Misty doesn't have Dante maxed yet, and doesn't have daily experience using max dante's day in and day out in GW, Arena, CoW, GA etc. Nexters has worked hard in nerfing Dante over the past year, since he was too powerful between 2022-2024 -The new 130 artifacts boosted tanks armor artifacts +18k from 32K to 50K, and this has weaken dantes damage potential as he only has a is only slightly boosted (3rd artifact 2259 agility increase = 4518 attack power increase (so 18k vs 4518) -The tank flag and the accuracy artifact also help nerf dante. -Aurora and Heidi have new ascension and abilities (and Heidi's reworked camo) help counter counter Dante tanks - Polaris now allow moderately upgraded Santoris to counter dante sebastian combos.
@@tobikage_forever7853 Asteroth + Rufus + heidi (axel) + mage (oliver) + dorian has 100% win rates against most variations of dante nebula sebastian tank teams. Additionally, for offense you don't want a team that relies on luck to beat opponents. I gave up using dante in GW because most battles would have mediocre chances of winning against the multitude of other teams with dodge heroes.
