NOTE:
1) Johnson's House and Madd Dogg's Mansion is free.
2) There is no wardrobe and garage in Madd Dogg's Mansion.
3) Johnson's House becomes an asset after completing the mission "doberman".
4) The hangar in the airstrip can only store utmost 4 vehicles, storing a 5th vehicle can make previous vehicle disappear.
5) When both the Leviathan and Hunter are unlocked, only one of the two can spawn. Arrive from the west to spawn the Hunter and from the east to spawn the Leviathan. For the video purpose I spawned both.

Don't forget the queens safehouse vank hoff hotel in san fierro, it was a unique safehouse, probably the only different interior, makes it feel like you staying in an actual hotel

The house just to the northeast of Mad Dog’s Mansion allows you to land a small aircraft on the roof of the garage and the game will save it as though it were in the garage.

No.. but you can save helis/small planes in Mulholland safe house ..through a glitch. Mostly Planes can only be saved in abandoned airstip hangar

I finished all the mission in Verdant Meadows Abandoned Airstrip and there is no such Hunter nor Stunt plane appear. Even the hangar dont open. Can you give an advise for that?

For stunt plane and hunter, you have to get gold/silver medals in all tests in flight school( if this is difficult, I suggest you to use save files..( backup files before doing). Hangar should open, maybe your game is lagging or you installed too many mods( delete unwanted, if any).

The house in Mulholand is also very beautiful and big with swimming pool, a garage and you can put that water helicopter in the top of the garage save it and the heli will always be there in the top of the garage

Well the problem about the ABANDONED AIRPORT IS when i park 3 military vehicles and 1 FBI Rancher inside the HANGAR And i parked the tank again next to FBI Rancher. The Tank That i parked next to FBI RANCHER IS Gone

I have all of these lol with no cheats Completed the game without cheats too it was more fun than with cheats but harder, and I like it harder Edit: I have completed vc and sa to 100%, now I have heavily modified gta sa (no graphics mods tho, except for silent patch)

Unfortunately CJ cant store cars and Even Change clothes in Mad dogs crib and the basement area is inacessible and There are no doors to enter the pool U need to go to roof and jump to the 2nd floor where the outer pool is located And the mansion has no Fucking bathrooms

The one and only problem with mad dog mansion is this that there is no garage here. Garage is first thing which we need for saving our car. So in my opinion this is useless house

If you arer talking about the abandoned airstrip, then 1: yes,if it fits 2: no, we can't store/save helis on helipads..most of the time there will be another heli 3: only 4 *vehicles* (including helis ,planes and others), if u store a 5th vehicle, one of the 4 will disappear

That house is free, you can access it anytime, but the save disk appears after completing "A home in the hills mission"
