I've been in your current predicament about 5 years ago, I was very skinny and I wanted to get stronger and just have some mass on my body. what I did was drink ALOT of coke. Coke bulks up the body with sugars and gets you energised. after drinking about 1 litre of coke I would hit the gym for about 2 hours DAILEY. after about 2 month my weight went up and not because of the fat but instead the muscle. my deadlift went from 135lb to about 480lb. Jee Sarat you have to eat a lot of good food eggs beef chicken rice don t drink soda that guy is lieing to you. You will get kidney stones drinking a liter of soda a day
