On the personalization of the planners for the customer. If I share my Kittl link to the planner, are they able to make changes to it for free or do they need to have a subscription? Any additional information on this would be appreciated. Thank you!
Great question! Yes, all they would need to do is signup for a Kittl account to make changes. They will be able to edit the tempalte exactly as you have it in Kittl. If they remain on the Free Plan, they would simply be locked to that size, but they do not need to pay in order to see the template you have created!
@kittldesign I just received my Kittl printed t-shirts (5) to be exact. While super excited to see my designs printed on a tee, I’ve got to be honest on the T-shirt fabric quality and print. 1. I’m not a t-shirt guru, but if I had to guess y’all printed in the lowest quality Bella-Canvas 3001C, bc it’s more of an under shirt type material, imho, than a fashion t-shirt material-so that was super disappointing. 2. Not sure what POD y’all are using but the designs seem to be different on each shirt. One might be sublimation, another screen print or maybe DTF, can’t tell. On this subject though, the white typography is so see-through that it doesn’t look crisp white it’s like you can see the color of the red and black t-shirts. So that was disappointing. I expected a sharp and stark white lettering like my OG design. Lastly, y’all should have listed on your “Print Your Kittl” page Q&A what brand and specific fabric of T-shirt you’ve chosen for POD, and also what type of heat transfer material is being used such as sublimation, DTF, and such so that customers know what to expect. My recommendation to you guys is, offer other T-shirt brands or better quality versions of Bella-canvas cuz the 3001C is super low quality and way too long and see-through, imho. That alone would keep me from ordering again. Turn around time from placing order to receiving it was good. It was exciting to use the print option, and I’d like to see you guys improve on it by offering more t-shirt brands, and better Bella-canvas tees, and list what heat transfer material is getting used so ppl know in advance. The white letter issue though MUST get fixed, it’s not acceptable to not have it be tact crisp white lettering. I can submit photos if you’d like. Thanks. Update: the white lettering that I designed was printed on two different colored shirts, red and black. On the red shirt the white letters look almost pinkish and it’s somewhat see-through because of the shirt material. On the black tee the white letters look practically gray colored. I’m just wondering how this is even acceptable in POD because it’s the same design “white letters with a black border” yet both look totally different on black and red shirts, and most importantly do NOT match the actual original design intent. So, who do I need to reach out to in order to get this corrected? Thank you Pro acct member.
