It's alot easier to steer with one of these, but typically you see them in tractor trailers who have to do a lot of steering. It's hard on the hands, arms and shoulders after awhile but suicide knobs make it much easier
I'm a veteran with mobility problem in my shoulders and sockets so I've found it a lot less painful to drive using a spinner ! However first-timers be warned they are not called,"suicide knobs",for nothing as you'll soon find out if you let wheel spin free and try to regain control of the spin you can easily break a finger or wrist ! One episode of that will cure you for the rest of your life !
I operate a fork lift or Lull alot at work and there usually on them and ive now installed one in my personal truck and not that its hard to turn or park without one im just saying it just looks cool and makes it alot easier in my opinion, but go ahead and getcha one if your on the fence about trying one, youll love it.
