I know this is "budget", but the Fantech Aria XD7 is marked at about $80 and it is totally worth it and somehow "budget". Great switches and good sensor. I love your vids! Keep up the good work!

To be fair, for budget, the Mionix range could’ve been included. Around £65 ish, a Swedish brand. I’ve owned the Castor since2015, and has been my daily. Only last year the rubber grips have been coming off, due to the adhesive. The grip is similar to the Razer Deathadder.

You can make the Logitech G305 even lighter by using a AAA battery with an adapter, or just a ball of aluminium foil. Works great, and shifts the weight of the mouse a bit more to the middle. LTT has a video on this from a few years ago. I've been using the G305 with a AAA battery for a long time and the battery still lasts forever.

I had one. Didn't last a month. It started shorting the circuit and drained my AA batteries. A brand new battery set only lasted 2 days. Very disappointed

The Endgame Gear XM2we seems like a good option too at $80 and competitive with a GPX superlight. Probably a little bit better for overall use in fact, although the sensor isn't quite as good but if you want budget greatness that's one good option

The Razer Orochi V2 is IMO the better alternative to the Logitech G305. It adds bluetooth, so you can also use it with a much larger array of devices, and say switch between your tablet and your PC with just a flick of the slider on the bottom. The shell is smaller as well, which is what I prefer, I don't like mice touching my palm at all, and the Orochi leaves a good bit of space for me to make fingertip micro-adjustments. The Orochi is also lighter than the G305, just off the insanely pricey G Pro Superlight. The MM711 is amazing in general, but especially when it can be found for 20 or less. It's so incredibly good in terms of shape, weight, RGB, and even multi-level rebinding features (with on-board storage so you can ditch the software). The only thing I dislike about it is that it is the hexagon holes on the sides, as sometimes my grip rubs against them and it isn't comfortable, but it could likely be fixed by using some grip tape or foam on the sides. There can also be some post-travel on the main clicks, but that can also be fixed somewhat easily with various mods, some that can even be applied without disassembly. - P.S. Get the matte version. The glossy coating feels and looks great at first, but unless you are in a very cold environment, when it heats up it can make it feel pretty uncomfortable.

I love the G305. Straightforward streamlined design, well-made and feels good. If you prefer a wired mouse and insist on Logitech, the G203 is a good alternative.

The G305 is underrated: Wireless, with a very comfortable shape, a good weight when using a AAA battery, budget friendly, built like a tank and backed by Logitech's quality; hard to compete with a mouse like that for less than $40. Nice video, CTR.

I started off using a cheap dragon something mouse, wireless. It was pretty good but it rapidly switched to the g203 (rgb version, not wireless), then to a razer viper mini. The razer viper mini is really good but my hands are starting to get not so comfortable on it (im a teenager and bought it when i was 11). Right now my viper mini i've been rocking for years, is not cutting it anymore so i was wondering if the g305 would be a good 'bigger' mouse for me? Theres also the steelseries rival 600 at a 50% discount and the rival 5 at a 31% discount. If anybody has experience with the viper mini or the g203 please let me know your thoughts

I've been using the razer viper mini for a while, maybe six months or more and i want to share my experience. The button on the side has become extremely mushy, it doesn't even register anymore sometimes. There is no click to it and i can't even tell if I'm pressing it or not. The scroll wheel has stopped working. The left and right buttons feel fine though. A lot less clicky than before but at least they're working. I wouldn't recommend this mouse tbh. I just dont think it's built to last. Kinda disposable. The side buttons are really poor quality, it stopped being responsive a long time ago so there's that.

I mained it for like 1.5 years. The clicks are quite heavy and stiff, but otherwise, everything else is perfect. I would recommend using it with rechargeable lithium AAA batteries.

5:09 The mouse starts at 69.75€, where I live. The blue colorway, just like in the video goes up to 81.25€. The Logitech G Pro Superlight starts at 129€. Can go up to 172.72€ for the red version. Also the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro costs 208.12€. That is extremely expensive, considering the average salary is less than 1000€ a month.

@@icerx2140 I live in northern Europe. I found it for cheaper on other stores around 49.85€. It's the cheapest I could find. Mostly it goes for around 55-65€. Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 costs ~1463€. I've seen worse, it's not that bad now ,but still really expensive. 4090 from Gigabyte OC - 1954€. The most expensive RTX 4090 I found was - ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 24GB GDDR6X White OC Edition, costs 2956€. That's nearly 3K€. If a person is working for minimum monthly salary after taxes. He would need to save 100% of the money, each month, for 4.5 months. That is why I have never had anything that has cost me more than 1000€. :)

@@mytrzx9675 I couldn't find what sensor this mouse uses. But assumpting by this price, i wouldn't look up for this mouse. It's just my impression, but the mouse probably use a sensor of questionable quality or worse, office sensor. Well, it depends of what games you play. What games do you play. For example, for League of Legends, an accurate sensor is not so demanding. Now FPS? forget it, this mouse will only disappoint. It ALSO depends on your available budget, to be honest. If possible, get a Darmoshark M3. It is a cheap option, is wireless and delivers A LOT, it's really worth it, since this uses the one of best sensors available on market.

Sorry to drag logitech but literally ever logitech mouse I have purchased has issues. One I only bought 5 months ago the g604 already 3 side buttons stopped working.... I personally dont recommend their products. My logitech mouse I owned before this one the main left click also started double clicking....useless for gaming with these issues.

Excuse me but please do not forget Razer Viper you mention is razer VIPER 8k. Because Viper 8k was different product from the original Viper and the original one already discontinued. Also do not forget that the price tag of $49.87 is not "typically priced" as you said, it's discounted price from 'typical' base price of $80. And remember when the sale is over, you might 4 mice on this list (MM711 will stay) because those are actually bad priced mice when it's not discounted. but if you want the real deal, try mention Viper Mini, base price is $59.

This is probably the worst list I've seen. Especially starting with MM711 which is just absolute garbage. I own this mouse and it doesn't hold a candle to its predecesor Mastermouse S. Absolute worst mouse I've used from Cooler Master. G305 is in my opinion the most uncomfortable small mouse I've used. 99 grams in a form factor like this is a sad joke. Newer versions of the viper(not mini) and basilisk are decent I would say, but nothing to write home about.
