Angrax is both worth it and necessary to upgrade. Necessary because he is a must include in the fall of cadia missions, and worth it because he TRUELY shines in onslaught: just park him next to 2 spawn points, and watch him instantly murder entire waves worth or gaunts the second they appear with no action cost. And even if he fails at it somehow, he has bonuses making nids more likely to flee around his latest victim. In chaos onslaught he really pulls his weight.

You HAVE to invest in characters like Sybill and Angrax, otherwise you’ll never complete the campaigns where they are mandatory

Maladus is huge in PvP, ability is a one shot to so much of the roster, beefy as hell and can carry his damage to other units potentially one shotting multiple people

Gold gear angrax with his passive is a MONSTER. He’s only disappointing in middling silver gear and rare to epic block items. Then he becomes impossibly hard to take down

If you don't invest in Angrax, you're never doing the Cadia campaign. It's mandatory to include him, he can't die on you and the other two usually can't do all on their own.

I love Anne Grax. Very tanky, can swipe at two enemies at a time, can kill or severely damage anyone who approaches or retreats from his melee range. To me, he's very solid.

I was skipping some characters back then 4 months ago, too. But legendary events like Maugan-Ra makes you play every character now

Angrax is amazing!!!! In savage run I place him on the edge of the holes and he just kills the enemies as they go out. Man, what are you talking about????

Poor Incisus, he's just so clearly bottom tier when you look at the other options for healers. Bella gets a guaranteed res on your turn, Spyder summons scarabs, Rotbone get's a better version of basically the same passive plus resilient and blessing.

I think what they need for the chaos termies to be good is to give them a passive similar to the Gravis X units, some sort of damage reduction so they can serve more as tanks

Video is a year old, but I do wanna say I have found Incisus pretty useful for revives and as a melee finisher because he seems to pierce more or do more damage than Beletor can to some enemies. There are better options than him though. Personally Maladus has proven to be an absolutely phenomenal tank for me so far as well as taking down opponents in one go that my bronze characters can't yet Maladus at Iron 3 (now Bronze 1) has been able to do so.

I've actually had a ton of success with bro burchad. His ultimate of being Ble to hit any target of any elevation regardless of line of sight has come in super handy so many times. And while I understand he's slow, he is insanely robust for his level equivalence. Alot of times he's the perfect duelist when I see so many summoner style guys on the board. Oddly enough I pair him up with healers to soak all that in comming damage while my other guys dole out the long range damage all the time. He's currently my strongest member at 58524 over all power. That's a 3 star legendary and his armor is just under the 1k mark with his health just under 3500.

Maladus can be super usefull in arena small maps, mine is quite buffed-up (2 stars epic + 2nd red rank) he can survive absorb a Morvenvall spécial + a sniper 1st turn

Some of these i only need for particular campaigns. Eg I'm trying so hard to get all 3 stars in Fall of Cadia so have been strengthening those dudes as much as possible!

10 months later: it didn’t age well :p But back then there were no legendary events

You haven't upgraded brother burchard enough for him to be powerful he is insane when you get them high level

I only use angrax has a target in the arena. Put him out there hang back with the rest of the team, wait for the enemy to attack him then bring the rest of the team in

Placing Angrax properly has been the key to the FoC campaign.His utility elsewhere is nil, except that his ability is great against A-Null swarms.

I loved maladus when I started. I'm hoping my typhus can be upgraded to the level of power he had in the beginning.

I would say this is a ted outdated now, angrax and maladus can be used for legendary events now, When it comes to incisus I didn't know they buffed him, but you can use him to do legendary events, with 1 hit line ups or melee only lineups. When it comes to sibyll I didn't use her much, so can't say a ton about her. I would say she can be an option against overwatch teams, but that is about it. Burchard is a weird one, he is tanky, so he can be used as such on events, but his attacks are just really weak. So all he really has going, which is he's tanky. I would add in ancient thoread to the list, cus he literally not doing anything. The block chance is a fine at best ability which he has, and battle fatigue, like not gonna come up much, and final vengence for every unit within 3 hexes, sounds good, but I don't think it's a good strategy to kill off your own units to deal damage.

You have to invest in almost all you have except empire, not enough unlocks to cap the amount chars for campaings.

Maladus comes with weaknesses unlike some characters. But I use him in arena and tournament arenas all the time. He's just so tanky, and when he gets in range he basically instantly kills a lot of the major threats, like whatever her name is with the flamethrower or most summoners. He'll absorb OverWatch, instantly kill someone, and then sometimes still survive more shots. Early on I invested a fair amount in Incisus, but healers kind of suck in this game because everything dies so quickly, or you need to be able to kill multiple summons, and they do neither. You can't rely on a 50% chance revive when someone dies. If they upped the size of that to two hex range, and made it 100% chance once a turn, then they would have a niche. Maybe make their AOE heal grant a damage reduction buff, or or any number of changes that would make them actually support in this super high damage output environment.

Angrax is useful in salvage runs... he can teleport onto cash or black crystal deposits. But... in battle, he teleports and is wiped out by enemy fire.

Brother Burchard is one of my FAVORITES. He is tough, tanky and sometimes I win solely due to him outlasting others with his toughness. I gotta say I heavily disagree with you on that one.

Angrax solos the conquest mini games when you position him in the back. I have him at epic 3 and hateful assault at max. He one shots everything appearing besides ripper swarms. Invest in angrax. Also he's a stellar tank.

Sybil is not amazing but she aint bad either. If you need her upgraded for campaign it's alright it's just that there are better options, that doesn't make her bad tho. Incisus is one of those characters that you can't see their potential. He is weirdly fine when upgraded enough (even at low levels if he has his resurrection). He is all about utility and he can simply make sure that your core team will get the job done. The rest i completely agree.

I am afraid you are forced to invest in Angrax whether you like him or not and Sybill is awesome, give her a chance. Soon you will see more of her in arena and tournament. Agree about the rest.

Maladus have ben my 3 strongest chaos character for the story to survive long enof. But is bekos a only have 5 chaos characters. Close get biologus but ner end of chaos Campaign but is stuck for ned to upgrade alot more all characters to survive the dmg incoming. Sow gona after curent eldar Missions is completed farm charms get Campaign characters to unlock Campaigns to get rewards more.

Angrax is super good to invest in for events

Sadly, both Angrax and Sybil are required for their respective versions of the Fall of Cadia campaing. If you want to 100% either of those campaings and get the requisition permits you will need to invest HARD in them. We are talking silver rank I at the very least, and Chaos in particular is a bitch to level up beyond bronze thanks to the several kinds of rare tier items with few farming stages and low drop rates you will need. Silver lining? You will need a decent Chaos roster to farm xenos badges in Onslaught, so at least you will be using that silver Angrax. Sybill is just wastefull though. Unless you are utterly desperate for Requisition there is no incentive to play fall of Cadia Mirror.

Incisus is slept on. Good armour, good damage output and his heal upgraded in mega. His passive turns adjacent units into Necrons essentiqlly

wtf Angrax is the MVP on LRE's and Onslaught. Sibyll can turn your whole team into overwatch enemy killers and her active can one shot practically anyone when upgraded enough

Personally I absolutely love Angrax, I think he has great aoe and he’s pretty tanky. Very slow but with a decent deep strike I def put him to work

I disagree. Angrax is good in onslaught and events like war philosophy, you can just put him near to spawn point and he will do the job.

Angrax has a very nitch use, if you can win with him in arena, when someone faces him in your line up, he will be immune till your 'the AIs' first turn. I like sibyll

Angrax is such a bad character that you kinda have to investin to have those 3 stars in the cadia campaign. I wouldnÄt mind the low movement if he had the damage or the armor to balance that. but he is alover weak!

You are so misguided in your opinions of angrax that its appalling. Sibyll where shes no s-tier carry can hold her own and you wont have regrets. The others you're fairly accurate for. But Angrax is an event juggernaut and soloes the entirety of onslaught stages with the ability to brainlessly spam the end turn button.

Sybil top tier pvp unit. Angrax very decent tank. Maladus only playable with corrodius coz it gives him 1 speed. But his dmg is good and he is pretty fat. Tutmose is pretty useless. U need to invest heavy in active ability to be not bad. Incisus niche pve char mostly

Game was fun while it lasted. I ran out of raid tickets and quit the game as I didn't have time to manually play Al the campaign battles, raids, arena, onslaught, salvage runs, etc. way too much screentime. If there was no ticket to autowin battles and there was an auto battle option I'd still be playing.

An other hero is Roswitha, the last event unlock. She is not bad 3 move 2 range attack with 2 hit and 3hit in malee, but so avarage. Not enough hits to kill swarms and the skills are very specific.
