Great video...As I mentioned before about your speed and you said you are working on it. Here is a pointer for you, I hope it helps. The main thing you need to address is moving from one sentence to another. You do not pause or differentiate when you finish a sentence as in reading when there is a period/full-stop. You are moving from the period to next sentence extremely fast as if you were in a rush. Most of the time, you are actually moving/talking faster the moment you reach period than the speed you were in the previous sentence before the period. Just pause a little bit between sentences as if you were reading when you reach a period, there should be noticeable pause from the previous sentence before you move to the next one.

Hamilton is too expensive now. You get better bang for your buck in Toronto at the moment. Especially if you want a high salary. Prices need to drop another 20-30%
Torontos average price is still higher than Hamitlon. Not sure if we are gonna see another price drop like that but best of luck trying to time the market.
@@LivingInHamiltonOntarioCanada don’t get me wrong, I ❤️ Hamilton. But if you have to commute to Toronto for work, the math just does not work as well as it used to. Especially once you include the physical toll.
