We have watched all of your videos. Thank you for the great tips and advice. We wintered in Nice and ended our stay with a trip to Italy and Switzerland, going to L'hosteria Guisti in Modena on your recommendation. It was wonderful! We will return to Nice in January and try these bistros. Do you know about the Creperie Vieille in old town, and another great brunch place, Edmunds? Both are great. Thank you so much for watching. I'm glad you enjoyed Hosteria Giusti - it's such a unique and wonderful restaurant. Haven't tried the creperie vieille but it's on the list. I love galettes. Edmond Cafe we did go to - I agree, it's nice as well. Super friendly people there.
Thanks for doing all the heavy lifting to find these little gems! I spent several weeks in Nice, but because I was traveling solo, I didn't look into fancier dining. Mostly socca and pan bagnat for me! I will keep these places in mind for next time.
