I passed my Nclex last month- got Texas RN license. Currently practicing nursing in UK- long term care facilities. I’ve applied to numerous agencies plus those you mentioned here but sad thing I did not get their response. Could you kindly suggest how to proceed? I will definitely advice all friends to use direct hire if they have the money for the preliminary stages. I wish I had the money to use this route instead of recruitment agency. All the same I’ll get it out of the way after 3years 😅 Great info ❤

You need to have passed the Nclex to apply for a direct hire or agency whichever one you choose but you need the Nclex.

Hey you do not need to pass the nclex to apply with an agency. They take you without and work with you to get it. However, if you have it before applying its gonna be a bonus for you. Also with direct hire it's a possibility that you can apply without it as well (I'm not too sure about DH).
