No worries! As long as you’re a bit over leveled, you will easily one shot any dungeon mobs. I, on this character, am max level 70 and killing lower level dungeons for armor appearances.
Most of the older dungeon are for lvl 30 ish. At lvl 60 or 70 you can clear them with no issue and farm the drops for transmog aka armor / weapon apperences.
DUDDDE i am new to the game and ruined my sunwell farm bcz i full cleared;[ quick question tho do you think its better to go on a high pop realm for better and quicker sells on auc? im on a new player server and its such a pain to sell anything

Sorry, I should have explained it in the video, I was referring to the Recipe: Goldthorn Tea and Lesser parry formula that are super rare and worth tons of gold!

There's completionists that eat those up. A lot of people work on their professions during the slower parts of seasons and supplying them with patterns that not many know about is a great way to pull in gold.
