These are my top 5 exercises that can be performed on the westside barbell / rogue inverse leg curl. Over all this machine is marketed as simply a machine for one exercise, inverse leg curls. This movement is far more superior to the flip side, the nordic hamstring curl. However, this isn't the only thing this machine is good for. You can develop serious anterior and posterior core strength which will help tremendously in your main movements.
