That's how I've been feeling about it ever since I first smelled it. So many people say it's basic mostly because it's so popular, and I feel like it's so unfair. I truly believe the popular use of a perfume makes it generic, because people wear it so much it becomes dull and boring. That’s why the Niche perfumes are not considered generic because most everyday people won’t spend that kind of money. So you don’t smell them much and when you do, you think they are the most amazing scents!
Great selection of perfumes and I completely agree with you. I notice however when you are reading out the notes you don’t tend mention all the notes especially Patchouli you really should mention it as it helps with longevity
It's so surprising how we all pick up different notes. I have Flowerbomb & La Vie Est Belle and I feel they are similar. I also have Illicit and don't feel it smells like Flowerbomb at all. It get lots of ginger from it
Illicit is my favorite too and I am soooo sad that it has been discontinued! Looking for dupes for when these eventually go away. I love so much to have found a video by someone who also shares a love for it. Now I officially know that I can trust your taste :)

Aloha, I really enjoyed your review. The way you pronounced Giorgio Armani, an Italian name, with a French accent was cute. My favorite perfume of all time was Giorgio Armani’s Gio, and they discontinued it! They still make it for men but it’s not the same. For now I’m using Si and Eternity, but I’m still looking for my dream fragrance. I’m allergic to roses, so I have to be careful what I wear. If rose is a lower note it’s ok but like Channel #5 is soooooo delicious but it has quite a bit of rose, so I can’t wear it. You have a new subscriber.
Lovely Review, I have been wearing Chanel No 5 for years/with the lotion, it does not even last on me anymore, will not be repurchasing it, done with it, now, Chanel Cocoa Mademoiselle Intense is my New Favorite, omg, the dry down, is amazing, I had a sample of it over a year when I bought my Last bottle of Chanel no 5, I decided to finally try the sample of CCM intense, and I love it, I literally could not stop smelling myself & scent lasted all the way into the evening, I definitely want to get the original for sure! Really want to try samples of Georgio Armani & La Vie Est belle & definitely Jimmy Choo Illicit, which I never heard of, wish there was a place near by where I could get samples, TY so much for your time, such an interesting & informative video lovely lady!!!!!!!

Love this video. I have similar perfume choices as you and found this review so relatable. Esp what you said about Si and la vie est belle. I haven't received any compliments for these but i know ppl can get the scent from their expressions . Like some take deeper breath when im near. Coco Mademoiselle smell like a old rich grandma. Like, I dont know. Thats one parfume I cant get into and dont see the hype of what everyone else smells. Now, Si La vie est belle and Lancome La nuit tresor, Dior Poison Girl, My Burberry blush, Jadore, Marc Jacob Daisy and Givenchy Irresible are hands down theee best. Well made and smell soooo good
