Ung questions about the department of tourism, si Ms. Makati lang MISMO ung sumagot ng tama and directly. Yung ibang sagot Kasi hindi na related, paligoy-ligoy and masyadong pageantry kumbaga sound scripted na sobrang pangcontest ng sagot at pagkakadeliver. Lahat sila talaga panglaban pero it boils down to questions and answers. Hindi lang basta maganda, kundi overall ba. Yung dating pambato, maganda talaga pero sa mismong preliminary, medyo kulang sa impact. Not that comparing, pero look Pia and Catriona from preliminary to live competition talaga may impact sila and how they carry themselves hindi lang classy or pabeauty lang pero they are the whole package talaga. It also varies din sa overall team (glam, video production, advocacy, clothing, etc)

This is so true. Michelle's answer is for me the best answer. I wasn't rooting for her before but when I heard her answer I knew she'd win. And so, she deserved the crown, support and respect of the Filipinos.

They both mentioned warmth of the filipinos, however in my opinion Michelle delivered more depth by mentioning that filipinos are best natural resource and that no matter where the Universe takes her or whatever happens, She is proud to be Pinoy. It shows pride and nationalism. Pauline was my bet, I love her. She is well deserving as well but Michelle owned it tonight.

Ms Makati has the most responsive, smart and realistic answer. She was also very classy & elegant in the gown competition. I was for Ms Bohol at first bcoz of her charm & beauty but those 2 categories totally changed my bet for the Ms Universe-Phils title. Ms. Makati is total package, so deserving as our rep to the Ms U.❤

I couldn't agree more. I was heartbroken when Pauline wasn't crown but with how things turned out, I believe God has a better plan for her. This year is for Michelle. They both worked hard. Everyone worked hard. These ladies deserve a big hug and a proud thumbs up!

Michelle Marquez Dee is the sure winner this year. Her aura and presence is hard to ignore, and very morena, Filipino looking. She already won miss world Philippines in 2019 and was also top 2 in muph last year. I was rooting for her to win since last year, she should have competed in Miss universe last year instead of Celeste. At least the muph organization now redeemed the mistake they made last year and Michelle now can represent the Philippines in the Miss universe stage. I was a little threatened with Pauline because hakot awards sya sa preliminaries. But at least she can still represent the Philippines internationally because she's now appointed for miss Supranational this coming July

It's not just their answers but also the body language that made the difference. Makati looked and sounded sincere, confident, and commanding. Zambales was too rehearsed and a bit pageant patty. Baguio was sincere but still lacks the confidence that comes with maturity. Both Makati and Baguio had the most MU winning look. The gorgeous facial pinay beauty, Statuesque with long lean figures just like R'bonney's.

Kailangan pa mahasa ni Bohol while Makati has made it to international competitions kaya may laban sya compared to her co finalists. Ang layo ng sagot ni Makati, super confident with such depth. Never watched the show last night but just watched the Q&A here in RU-vid hehe.

The previous winner kasi although she is beautiful she don't have a strong impression. Just my opinion. Same thing with Rabiya. Mas mahaba pa ang preparation nya pero sa mismong contest she did not stand out. So it really matters talaga na how you carry yourself and yung organizer, designer and glam team din na kasama nila. Tsaka hindi paramihan ng costume and photoshoot ang labanan and pagpapaganda lang. Personality wise and striking aura and of course brain din. Dapat sa first round palang or preliminary doon palang may laban na, hindi lang sa mismong competition day kundi throughout

So true... crowning Celeste was the worst mistake in pageantry Filipinos have done in more than a decade. They not only lost the finalist streak at MU but robbed Makati and Bohol of their rightful crowns...
