My guide - I had one char with alchemy, transmute mastery and second one with mining. Buy saronite ore, make them to bars and transmute them to titan bars. If you buy one stack of saronite for 15G max and you need 8 bars to make one titanium bar which you sell for 11-12G... then do the math. I stopped farming mats a long time ago and just did this most of the time :).
The problem is that once people find these methods they tell their friends, and their friends of friends learn it...eventually "Shuffles" like this that rely on player need get over saturated, in current classic, I made a bunch of caster alts (priest, warlock, mage, etc) on my server just to do the whole alchemy/tailoring transmutations to make good passive gold for my mains flasks and eventually flying, by 1 month and a half the entire market was a dumpster of these god damn cloths and primals and it was barely a profit to buy the raw mats and transmute them hell sometimes I lost a ton of money because someone undercut me by a shit load. Its the same for fishing, tried to make my fortune off of summer squid and stonescale eels in classic like I did on private servers and I could barely pay for me consumes, in the end the only real way to make gold is through highly competitive sources or through noncompetitive slow grinds, at least as I've found perhaps I just don't have the entrepreneurial spirit thats why I never even thought about going into business.
@@Girlsforever1982 weak is supporting a company under pays, sexually assaults its workers and fires them on a whim. So yes I will not be giving money to line Boby cotics pockets.
As retail is basically collapsing onto itself, i suspect that we will see steady influx of people into private servers. Theese videos are a sign that community is growing.
I really wish there was a way to spread the word. So many people I know want to play wrath when blizzard releases. Tried to tell then about Warmane and the longevity of it but the minute you say Pserver they steer the other direction
@@deeyouwhy3531 aye... that is true. Problem was that there have been so many pservers out there, it was too crowded and community was spread thin, then most of those servers died or have been shut down. On top of all that some of them did really horrible things to the community. Bad news spread 10x more than good news, and people tend to remember when for example server admins themselves sell player's acc details to chinese gold farmers... Anyways, warmane is not the only one, there are other good servers that are run by honest people, and all they need is for someone to spread the word... Perhaps when telling people we can say that those pservers are as good as nostalrius was. Everyone knows about nostalrius.
Very good guide. I am always repeating: just spend 2h at AH per day. Incomes grants between 2-7k per ... Lets say 24h. Sometimes we just need a night to sale our goodies. Enchanting! Jewelcrafting, enchanting and again- tailoring. Scan items 74lvl+ : uncommon, rare and epic. Check dusts and DS, abyss values. -> enchant scrolls. 2: cloths convert into the bolts. Imbue them. Craft Frostsavage pieces or other, which dont require any extra orbs (like crus or primor) Simple and fast plan. 2': i highly
btw for skinning i think ive found a better option being the yeti's at storm peaks.... they also drop damaged necklaces which sell for ~100g on the ah also they seem to have a pretty decent rate at arctic fur and the pro is that u never have to wait only downside is there are players ofcourse in the real world and u might get ganked but if u dont im quite sure u make more in an hourl also they drop greens which i send to my mage to disenchant which nets me eveen more gold. overall best gold farm in the game for me. another good 1 is fishing for fish feast materials in wintegrasp but also its alot of players and u need to find a good hiding spot. with a maxed out fishing u only get those fish (very rarely any other) and they can net u pretty crazy gold too
Making sp flasks is very good too but it has a 1 problem - every other day u will earn more or less money, it is just never same bcs they will be cheaper or more expensive and sometimes u won't get bonus flask from elixir mastery and sometimes u will get a ton of bonus flasks
you always get a bonus flask. the trick is doing a lot so it averages out to the intended 15% bonus. the fluctuation in prices is the same as for every item.
My method is selling choppers, the only problem is you need 12.5k gold for the initial invest, once you get that 12.5k you always can farm the steel bars and get good profits and bunch of material to sell too
Get AT LEAST 12.5k gold, it could be more because people farm the piston which is sold by Roxie in K2 which causes that could be more expensive. After that, you need to have mining at max, in that order you farm as many saronite and titanium ores to get all those eternal items like fire, shadow, etc. Once you have mined a bunch of them you smelt the titanium and with those create titansteel which is one of the core components of Mechano-hog, of course you also have to have your smelting skill at max with engineering for the mechano itself.
Getting rich with mining/herbslism right now is a nightmare, besides being incredibly slow. I dont think is worth it anymote. If you find a titanium or rich saronite nod in storm peaks and try to gather it, one of three things happens. Ten druids comes out of nowhere and gather it before you, a full Bis DK appears and farms honor from you, or you succeed, but is just an empty shell with cristalized earth on it.
My money making methods: having multiple characters for raiding and sell the primos, having jc +enchanting on 1 chars and tanking rdfhc for instaques. Usually these methods are enough for me. Obviously on icecrown since its easy to level and gear characters and do professions. Also you do wg quests with every chae and that gives you about 30-40k honor without even playing pvp. 10k honor is 1 epic gem, 10-20 EoT is 1 epic gem and dungeons drop green, blue and epic items for enchanting.
I spent a decent amount of time just casually strolling through Duskwood farming all the briarthorn, made thousands of gold since they usually sell for about 140g a stack
Guys remembere that the number of gold you make depend on the AH and so of the server you play on. On Frostmourne i make a bit less than 1k /hour in the cave and i have to wait for respawn so im not doing it too slow.
Best gold making is having 60 alts with alchemy+trans mastery and JC. Making 60+ epic gems a day and making 60 Icy prisms per day. God Icecrown really needs a wipe.
Great video! I have never played WoW but I will get into it on Warmane. Can you please do a video on the best addons available for WOTLK please? Thanks! Subscribed!
The method I found working the best is buying 2x eternal earth which are dirt cheap, making lvl175 rings, disenchanting them and selling the dust on AH. Its like printing money
If blizzard does cata classic, expect warmane to blow up. Blizzard is too stupid to realize when people say “classic” half of what they’re referring to is the map. People like the original map better than the cata revamp. It’s more basic, more real and full of life. You can tell the difference between zones that fill up the entire game and just zones from an expansion.
I used this: put 3 or more of your character from different accounts at some hidden place, use autoclicker to farm honor (kill-res-kill-res). Then buy gems for honor.
Hi I play mage and I have herb/alch do you think this is good for earning money on wotlk? I would really dont want to switch from alchemy I will skill at level 70 to other gathering profession.
I made the most gold with tailoring... And selling the 3 times mammoth mount from Ak 10-25 in my time was 1 mount =10000 - 20000 k gold on frostmourne Wow
Hi, thank you very much for the good and useful videos. I really like your Addons, can you make a video and say what Addons do you use? I wish you success.
Gnev is there any point at all in getting Herbalism/Mining on a non-Pally or DK? Does the extra 20% movespeed make THAT much of a life-changing difference?
@@victor-hw7gv and you still can't pick it up if you're flying above and that sucks! Difference is that you can easily fly away if mobs or oposite faction attacks you.
the video its realy good but for icecrown surver for lorderon the prices its 3 times lower like saronite ore its araund 25g per stack and ethernal of fire its araund 40-60 gold , i taste to farming it in the cave and for 1 clear (5-6-7 min ) get just one ... sooo its araund 500g per 1h .... for questing its same time its same gold araund 500 g per 1h ... if its possible plase say in next vidoes where you play
Whats the name of the addon that tells u what spells to use next. I usually don't realize my divine storm(t10 set) came of cd, or that the mob is low enough for hammer of wrath?
U forgot one thing: u've been hardworking for whole year, gather alot of gold, and february comes and Warmane take u half of all gold that u have... No1 anymore stashing gold, only mats! I have 2k gold max on all characters, only for repairs.
Does Warmane have increased gold rates? I'm just curious because you say you got 1000 gold per hour from questing which sounds nuts. But if that's going to be the case in Wotlk classic I might as well just wait to farm gold then because it'll be so much faster compared to now.
I still remember finding a mining node outside of Icecrown and flying down towards it, only to be passed by some tool with max flying speed (wasn’t really a tool, but I was still annoyed, lol) and have them steal it out from under me. Nowadays, the nodes are up for everyone, which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me...
Zdravo druze, razmisljam da ponovo igram na warmane-u. Inace igram wow od same vanile 2004.
Iskusio sam Nax, Ulduar i ToC.
On Warmane you can sell gold for coins which you can use to buy items. I won't comment about the system but I spent numerous hours in there farming so I can buy SM from the site. It cost me about 450k gold but I got it in the end :)
Dude! Mobs in oculus dont drop Artic fur anymore I think. I just did 10-15 runs and got 0 Artic fur. But great video anyway! I just started my "skinning shadowmourne farm" thanks to you and your videos.
Just to add my 2 cents in: I have been mining since vanilla and I have seen it all now. You go from the mad hungry miner who either just wants to upgrade his mining skills and or make profit on AH. Mining feuds then to the most funny some idiots think they can corner the market on mining by creating 3 to 8 man mining crew in which you have the following: A. The miners. Their only job is to mine ore. B. The spotters they spot the rich ore without mining it and may even test the local miner on the mining ethics if they can mine it if the other person is just sitting there in front of the rock as a way to measure how hard core the Johnny come Lately is. C. Then you have the miner jockey's They try to make you feel bad by dissuading you from mining by getting ahead of you. This only works if there really is a mining pattern and for the most part there is but ore spawn is unpredictable at best and if JOEBOB beats you to it each time then you just reverse course to changing up your mining pattern which in turn messes up that mining crew and you just put a big dent in their "Profit per hour" which is good and bad. Mining crews are almost always gold sellers. Always mark their player name. Mark the names and actions they take if you think they are crews or spotters. or crew chief. Spotters other jobs is to watch you and other players and report back to the mining crew chief so he can get more to mine in front of you so you get nothing. Spotters are also used to send false complaints of aggressive miners telling sad tales of grief to the GM. Aside from A,B,C I still make money while among them and there is nothing they can do about it. I can counter the above methods very very easily with no addons of any kind.
Vids like this make me laugh and kinda sad i miss when this was a real thing but , classic is kind of a sham in its current state .... with bots ripping the economy to shreds and all the "GDKP" garbage its a huge letdown .... none of these count as real money makers anymore ... cause 80% of the population just buys gold and pays for carries to buy more gold to buy gear in gdkps .... bots fuel the inflation and people just save the 20 hour grind with a swipe of the credit card to just raid log , i was hyped for classic and tbc but its nothing like how it was back in day at least thats been my experience with it , i miss being in a fun guild spending countless hours and days lost in another world building all these awesome memories with complete strangers that ended up being a second family ........ the game just feels flat and lifeless for the most part now ... pre bis only , GDKP, Big splits only thing people seem to care about anymore ...
@@D3xxon yep, very, I usually just farm some cardinal rubies and store it safe in my bank because I usually just play this game every 1.5 years so every time I come back I can sell it easily for gold.
Bro is that why I came back after 2 years and had literally no gold in my characters after knowing they had thousands 😭😭😭 they should only do it for people who brought gold not ppl who legit grind
@@stijnvanrossem2452 True, even more if you get lucky with arctic fur. I had skinning on my boomy and ret which are on different account's so I didn't have much downtime. The time I waited for the cap I spent arranging what I skinned :D
i dont find mining that good. im miner fof about 1 year and my friend just got into tailoring money making. dude literally got 12k in like 2 days while i grind my ass of in icecrown just to get 300 gold xD. im gonna try mining with herbalism tho
I tried making bags with tailoring for some, didn't work out that well for me as it was too boring. I think the most important thing is how much time you invest into it.
