The military containers in Cherno industrial area is also pretty good for higher tier loot. I’ve gotten M16’s an Ka-74u’s from that spawn. Only thing is they rarely spawn with a mag

I found a pair of those gas grenades one time, a server I was in had a issue that caused the trader to be shelled by accident and I happened to log off right before it happened, and logged back on after the gas was gotten rid of by the admin and found them just lying on the ground.
Played for well over 6 years in DayZ and fuck off with the gate keeping! The game gate keeps itself if you don’t know vanilla survival lol. We don’t need to make it any harder
Temporary server has no loot cap spawns so temp severs if you want Lars and VSD although Livonia servers are better to loot heli crashes as it takes little to no time to get south
@@lukestewart188 each item is given a maximum count in the server files for how many can appear on the map at a given time. there's also a variable that checks for the item in player inventory as well as in storage like tents/crates. in short, you'll have an easier time finding rare goodies on low pop servers
I was on official Livonia the other day, and honestly once you reach the mid point power lines (maybe Huta or Lembork if feeling spicy), heli crashes are ridiculously common. I know there’s only supposed to be 3 on map at a time, but it feels way more. Compare that to Cherno, where you might not hear one for 3+ hrs playing, but they’re often also shite loot. Good for pulling in geared fools and taking their shit tho lol. Happy hunting
The new central economy is nice but old DayZ loot actually had some thought put into it. Bigger cities would spawn better rfiles like mosins, .308 etc. That made it more realistic rather than quality of loot scales with how far in-land you go. Now we have to rely on oversights/bugs to find more powerful weapons very early.
