In this video I will teach you how to answer the most common interview questions that are asked when you apply for a housekeeping job. These questions mainly focus on hotel cleaning but are relevent to domestic housekeeping jobs as well.
I will have an interview tomorrow in a hospital and I’m very nervous because y speak a little bit English and I’m scare in say something wrong or not understand the questions 😑. Wish me good luck
It's important to know about the details of your pay (when you expect your first wage, increments, who to mention if you note a discrepancy etc) and every employer i have been with have been happy to discuss that but I wouldn't bring in 'how much will i get' as this will be covered on job description usually and gives the impression you will not place the employer's work values as the priority.
It’s important to talk about your salary overtime vacation sick days if they provide insurance etcétera but if you are desperate to take any job any pay then don’t say anything
Hotel are not very clean they smell bad because the housekeeping doesn’t spend enough time cleaning they just wipes everything so fast and and it’s not good so I don’t understand why you have to represent your self as the best cleaners when you are not given the time to clean the room properly what it ends up happening is the contractor gets paid good money for cleaning contracts they keep all the money and the employees get pay bread crumbs again a proper cleaning and desinfecting take time.
