Hello dear viewers, my name is Eugenia and today I’m going to tell you about my top 5 Istanbul hotels. Let’s get started!
1. The Ritz Carlton
The most famous historical sights of Istanbul are easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms combine European comfort and oriental exoticism. But actually, everywhere you could see a characteristic Turkish style.
A magnificent signature restaurant of the hotel is located where tourists would always enjoy the views of the Bosphorus.
Another must-see restaurant in The Ritz Carlton is Nobu with traditional Japanese dishes.
5 times a week tourists could enjoy DJ performances with live music. If you are really fond of music I recommend you to visit the club lounge on the 13th floor.
At The Ritz-Carlton Spa, you can try traditional Eastern and Western massage techniques. By the way, in summer the center works on the roof!
2. Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus
Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus is located along the sparkling coastline, decorated in an oriental style using the principle of Feng Shui.
When I saw the hotel rooms I was amazed by the huge baths overlooking the Bosphorus!
Famous Russian restaurant Novikov also works here and suggests really nice breakfasts.
If you come for work you’ll enjoy organized meeting rooms and the service.
Another fantastic thing about the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus is the SPA center. It has absolutely everything: an indoor pool with a hydromassage area, a spa boutique, a relaxation area with a garden, and 11 treatment rooms.
I really liked the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus
and recommend it to everyone who wants to see the beauty of Istanbul.
3. Shangri La Bosphorus Istanbul
Shangri La Bosphorus Istanbul is a great hotel to experience the atmosphere of Istanbul.
There are 186 rooms and suites, many with stunning views of the Bosphorus, 4 restaurants and bars, including the famous shang palace which is 15 minutes away from Dolmabahce Palace
The premiere King Bosphorus view room is such a beautiful place. There are Turkish delights, a coffee machine, and some fruit. Also, there is a minibar and some tea. Moreover, we have some cosmetics in the bathroom.
Shangri La Bosphorus Istanbul has an amazing interior! There is a Chinese decoration in the hall.
Turkish breakfast is amazing too! There's a vast
variety of meals to enjoy.
4. Hagia Sophia
Hagia Sofia Mansions is located just 2 minute's walk from the Hagia Sofia and the Sultanahmet Mosque.
All rooms are made in a wonderful historical design! I really liked the antique furniture because it immediately adds some atmosphere.
If you want to try seasonal products I recommend visiting the Sera restaurant.
I was also impressed by the restaurant in the hotel's lush garden with a fountain and tropical flowers where local Turkish cuisine was served.
The hotel has a fairly large Cistern spa which has everything that tourists could ever wish for massage rooms, an indoor hot tub converted from an old Roman cistern.
Hagia Sofia Mansions Hotel has a perfect location and you’ll never get bored here.
5. Swissôtel The Bosphorus
The hotel is located on the Bosphorus bank, opposite the famous Dolmabahce Palace.
When the weather is warm enough a nice pool works outside as well as the cozy terraces in 16 ROOF restaurant.
Actually, I always thought that the Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul would be more suitable for business travelers. And I was pleasantly surprised about the large park with cozy corners where you can walk and relax.
Basically, the rooms are decorated in a classic business style. But there is a separate wing where the rooms are made in the loft style.
By the way, I’ve learned that the world-famous designer Huang Chu was engaged in decorating the hotel rooms.
I would like to recommend Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul to everyone who wants to get acquainted with the sights on the banks of the Bosphorus and enjoy stunning views!
