Rock should not beat Cody for the title. He already carries the fake People’s Championship. He doesn’t need the WWE championship. A face Roman should cost Rock the title, and therefore setting up Rock vs Roman for Mania 42.

Agreed, and I don't think Rock will. I think it'll be a huge win for Cody, just further solidifying his top spot. Similar to Cena's wins at Mania 22 and 23.
