imo sweats in TD games are people who can do micro really well, for example a sweat would be a dude doing perfect CoA chain while also selling and replacing medic and min-maxxing every tower placed -accounting for all their upgrades in advance
I would like to include "THE DPS DEMON" to the list. these players bring, accelerator, engineer, ranger, and an extra DPS tower, just for good measure. These players can really be either or, I'm saying, they could be your doom, or they can be your savior, it depends on that last tower they bring and the game mode. there is 3 types of DPS demons for the most part. - IF they bring a 5th DPS tower (this is the rarest one, luckily) you're done for, this guy won't even be able to place 8 max accelerators by the time the final boss appears, they are just deadweight for the most part. Playing on PW2 doesn't even redeem these guys unfortunately, as, in most cases, they'll be total deadweight, making it difficult to reach wave 30+ carrying them, and EVEN if you reach the final boss, they have a ton of towers they won't be able to place just because of the tower limit of 20. I would call this one the DPS dummy. - IF they bring farm and have great farming (this is the second rarest), those bosses better be praying for their life, because these DPS demons are 2 players in one, yes, they may rely on other players support, but one thing doesn't take away the other, in this case, the fact that their DPS is ENORMOUS. (these are specially godly on PW2 game mode) - IF they bring farm but are terrible farmers (for some reason this is the most common) they'll just have kind of lower than average DPS... they won't be as useful as a regular player, both because they didn't bring a support, and because their bad farming didn't let them maximize their DPS endgame.
I'm a sweat and also an OG, but I personally dislike doing hardcore solo cause is basically RNG fiesta, you can do literally a perfect run just for getting killed by a circuit spawning in the worst moment. For me the best gamemode is fallen and that's why I have beaten every map in the old fallen and now im trying to do the same for the revamped one, btw my worst nightmare back then was derelict outpost solo... and now maybe its impossible but who knows... i'll try it anyways someday soon :)
I spent more time on matchmaking instead of playing cuz everytime i always put duo the game keep putting me with stupid lvl 20/15 when its supposed to put me with a lvl 200/100 thats why i hate them
I’m the commander that early devs cuz I got all the towers in the game, saying max DJ,telling everyone what to do,reminding them to cos chain, setting target to strongest or farthest😭
if you are wondering about who classifies as OG those are people who played before overhaul update (October 29th 2020) also if you wanna know more about those rare towers, official TDS wiki has all the information you need and if you are wondering, rarest tower in the game (THAT IS NOT ADMIN TOWER) is slasher the sweady players are players like 5ouls, that beat the most ridicolous challanges ever (hardcore on infernal abyss 💀)
tbh you should be able to play the game without farm at the same difficulty as with the farm because it adds mroe variety to the strategy, and btd6 is great cuz u dont NEED it
I have a suggestion if the 3rd top 5 tds players comes out: Early quitters, those players that leave too early bc they think we are gonna lose but most of the time we end up winning after they leave
The first time I played the game I join a random elevator(2021 frost invasion crossroad) the 3 players pick easy mode so did I I placed my tower scout upgrade it to level 1 and the game started and at wave 24 forgot what I Died to
as someone who is kinda og when there isnt anything till the next update we just grind skins to flex later on like i have all the party create skins and the swarmer ooo im soooooo cool lol
I a literal commander but I not really bossy I just carry the whole team with my hands and just give them tips and tricks and more in depth tips then I chain and defend early game
My firend is a sweat in tdx sorry it not tds but he can do five towers ability at the same exact time so the bosses can just be stun or get more damage from towers
Well. Try to think of Withers star And S0uls as an example of a sweat player. They micro like it was a red and blue and green wire detonation and calculate every single dollar in each wave
idk if you did this concept but: noobs who farm FIRST to places down max SCOUT in the only good dps spot, and upgrades all their farms like this : 8lvl0, 8 lvl 1,lvl 2, lvl3, lvl4💀, lvl 5
omg number one is so real like one time i saw a player with the following loadout: necromancer and accelerator... AT FUCKING BADLANDS 2 and when i questioned him that guy js said ''i don't like farming'' like wtf bro js at least get 5 towers in your loadout
Also to note. 0-30: noob 30-100: rookie 100-150: average 150-200: above average 200+: pro 300+: master or mr. Toxic 400+: the true enjoyer and master. This people are rare. And can reach to 2000 levels in rare case
farm is not actually needed to beat fallen, solo at least (we aint playing quads when people leave because theres no dusty bridges), i beat it on wrecked battlefield II with dj, commander, ace pilot, warden and ranger
I am a millennial for tds. Joined in 2021. You must be joined tds in 2019 to be og. And to be millenial, you must be joined in 2020-21. 22-23 are must be considered specials. As they came while special modes added. 24+ must be news
