I watched this video right before my interview. The interviewer didn't ask about the history of the company. She only asked about myself as a person and what I would do in a customer service experience if the customer was rude or unhappy. During the 5 minute interview I made sure to keep eye contact , sit up straight, and speak very clearly about how I could help the company. In the end she said that she liked my vibes lol and that I had the job. I hope this helps anyone else applying to Food Lion or anywhere else. Another pro tip is to be confident. I know this can be very difficult because I'm super anxious, but If you just make the interviewer believe it then you have a better chance of success.
I answered by saying what I was interested in e.g. books, anime, and music. And when she asked how I would handle a situation involving an unhappy customer, I answered that I would try to help the customer to the best of my ability, but if I couldn't solve the issue I would call for a manager or someone else in order to appease them. I hoped this helped!

Update: I got the Job, they called hours after the interview thank you. *its not as hard as he's saying they don't ask you facts about the company but they do ask you how strengthens and weaknesses. Also, they ask you "what would you do if a customer comes up to you". Just say "ill greet them and make sure they are happy when they leave" *THANKS The Complete Guide To Everything"!*

In my case, I applied on 12/26/2020 and I just got an email today from them saying that they want to interview me on the 6th of this month. That’s why I’m looking at this video rn lol
@@andypalm8909 if your at a high volume store ,,ur guna have average 6 ta 7 pallets usually super thick by yourself with no help,,and even at a low voy store it's still average 5 ya 6
