@@ajazubi9164 yeah, but you see, basic infrastructures like good smooth roads, clean cities, great waste management, and stuff like that are more important because investment can easily be attracted and those structures can be built _easily_ . Take the Akwa Ibom stadium which is the best looking stadium in Nigeria and arguably west Africa, Akwa Ibom isn't landlocked and has coastlines and beaches, Enugu does not and because of that it is a more preferred spot for recreation, retirement and fun and in turn more investment, it has more tourist spots and is just the more beautiful city overall in my opinion, and I'm a lagosian of Edo origin so no bias here before people will one thing. And yes, I know Edo is worse😂
@thatoneguywholovesthena-4529 structures are not easily built like roads but roads can easily be reconstructed when you have good governors. Building of structures esp estates are in the hands of individuals in Nigeria. Property business trive much in Enugu which is similar to Abuja and Lagos. So many Estates are springing up in Enugu than other places aside FCT n Lagos. Akwaibom has the best clean roads in Nigeria, roads without befitting good houses reduce the Aesthetic of the city. It will take much time to fill the gap because, there is no business there apart from oil and gas that will draw people to come and invest in housing estates there.
If not because I no about enugu I would have doubted it but like the say seeing believing enugu is a very when I say very the second time you should no what I mean enugu is very beautiful no cool capital match it their weather is so superb I would have mistake it to east america in term of weather
