Why is it, that every time I see the "best this" and "best that" I always see Federation? A little unbalanced maybe??? I started this game on Sunday and am really like certain aspects, but learning what I should/shouldn't do... and WHY... those how-to's are hard to come by...
Each factions has its own bonus. Personally I don't like much of federation ships, they are too weak, but if you want speed, they are the best. Spaceships need to be in harmony of what you like/enjoy to do and you need several spaceships to do several different tasks...
yup. you can have all the skill and the best equipment, but when you 1v1 a premium ship he will cut through you like hot knife through butter. been there, done that
I laughed so hard... It's not that prem ship is better (actually all prem ships are on par with normal ones or little worse) it's just usually people that buy prem ships are usually veterans :) So if you "been there, done that" that simply means you met one of them. And even in top League battles you hardly see any prem ships (because as I said - they are generally weaker than their normal counterparts).
@@nirisc6477 You are a moron, premium ships are better, their bonuses are better distributed, fact that they can use any special module of same role ship of that tier is incredible as well. Spark with MC is absolutely brutal for instance, Rockwell is superior to its nonpremium counter part. Every single Sec Conquest of high end corps is literally filled to the top of premium ships. In fact, as of the moment, R15 premium rockwell is greatly prefered to R16 singularity. So stop spreading bullshit, premium ships are better, have better bonus distribution, has access to unique module combination that normal ship don't. In general, it is measured that premium ship does about 10% more damage than it's nonpremium counter part (Premium Spark sacrificing useless bonus for additonal 10% damage directly is good example, but it goes further by allowing it to combine thilith with MC and that is just AoE game over for smaller ships from SHIP THAT ISNT even suppose to be direct counter to interceptors. Even if outfitted with Ion Emmiters it will still always, ALWAYS preform better than lightbringer, everyone knows it, so stop lying god damn it).
@@janorszulik6429 And 2 years later premium ships are still scarce in seccon. Oh well. I saw Spark maybe a few times during my last 2 thousand seccon battles. Karud, Boremys as bomb planters - yes. Sometimes a single Panther. Our top wing has max 2 premium ships for serious seccon deployment (Karud and Panther), often without the Karud. So I wouldn't call it "filled to the top" then :D Also - Apollo is preferred instead of Spark for Ion build.
Templar S is so useless lol Well this video is 4 years old, maybe they changed the Templar S and now it's basically useless. Low fire power, low defense or ability to escape destruction, low maneuverability...
I dont think so actually. Even the most skilled players/taikin abusers dont enjoy a game rly... Waiting sometimes up to 10 minutes for a battle is just ridiculous. The concept is avesome, but absolutely 0 advertisement and bad developer's decissions took this game to the point there is no way back. I wish there was any alternative to SC...
I do think so. Lots of old vets are coming back. Even ESB and SRS reactivated. Also Leaderboards are showing over 10k active PvP players in ranks 10 and over (check for yourself on Wednesday if you don't believe me). If you don't want to have any waiting times in T5 - make a SCL team. There is practically no waiting for a game in SCL mode. Also taikin is just another ship - take a Jag with gauss or tilith and it goes down in 2 shots.
