Not really. I think it’s Pakistan we’re watching and one of the rules in receiving Chinese foreign aid may be that all those labour intensive products must be stamped thus!
The Pakistanis I guess don't trust anything made in their own country. Why even bother putting made in China? Rest of the world thinks China makes junk. Pakistanis think the Chinese products are superior.
jesus christ have some respect for the people, they are just making their daily works to get through week and life with food shelter and some honor, you are no better then anyone in this video,if you were born in a different country you would be in the same situation,or even worse, keep your selfish words and ego to yourself nobody deserves to read disrespectful comments like that on the internet
Good work & good professional production. Super Energy Efficient. Thank you for the insights! We have in Germany also some Green Party Member who would like to join your Fab. Where shall we send them ?
love how only the united states has child labor laws our country would have so much more money if we had younger people working and not setting at home doing nothing but drawing welfare and government aid
The wheelwright, crude but effective in comparison to western ideals but the footage didn't show the complete job. The sweating on of the iron tread which tightens up the wheel and gives it strength. The footage of the wedding carriage is a western built carriage with meta wheels and disc brakes.
@@UsamaAkhter No, labor is already Cheap in China and manufacturing process is also advanced. They can mass produce these in no time, they would not import these brushes and label it Made in China. This are locally produced wire brushes made in Pakistan but disguised as "Made in China" to imply "import" quality. "Made in China" items still bring a higher price than "Made in Pakistan". It's just straight out lying and shameful. They should be PROUD to label it Made in Pakistan, their home country. Extremely unethical business by this manufacturer.
Why does the wheelwrite guy do it that way? He obviously has skills or all his fingers would be gone, but not a template in sight. He measures everything, every time!
respect to all people how working hard....one thing I noticed that no protect to the workers gloves shoes glasses because of condition of work u need cloths how comfortable and security protect...I not understand why all have traditional cloths in places of work!!???
In case people are wondering, this manufacturer is falsely labeling "Made in China" because the want to imply "import" quality and sell at higher price in the market. As in this region, Made in China is still considered a better quality than locally produced. Just straight lying, sadly no enforcement and corruption allows them to do this. They should be proud to show their patronage and label it Made in Pakistan.
I remember when "MADE IN CHINA" (or JAPAN) meant it was crap, something you won at the carnival and not worthy of shelf space in the home. Today because of the nasty Western destruction motives of globalism, most all of the West's manufacturing has been handed over to China, Japan, and all of the 3rd world because manufactures wanted higher profits and couldn't stop the demand for fair wages in the West (and I mean just fair, not overly paid employees for factory work), so they created an alternate cheap labor force in the 3rd world and then sell the product back to the Western consumer they pushed out of their jobs. Crazy isn't it?
China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a 3000 km Chinese infrastructure network project undertaken in Pakistan. Therefore because of trading law they can get away with it. Look at how many big ships operate under a different flag to get around employment laws.
So the Chinese have subcontracted the work to small businesses in Pakistan (I think) and still mark it as 'made in China'......when they were once they were only subcontractors to the West. China has come up fast, just look at their car Industry now. This approach of farming work out will help other poorer nations.
Bless his heart, but for tech that is thousands of years old. That cart wheel was just sad. How he still has all his fingers using that saw/jointer like that is amazing. It's also kinda sad that wooden cart wheels for everyday work is still a viable business.
Over there it’s different. I lived in a third world country until I was almost 19 and during that time I did a lot of hands on/ construction type work. People there don’t have or even need the tools we have here in the west. They have the tools they have and as sketchy as it is rarely ever anyone gets hurt because they’re careful and don’t need labels everywhere telling them the floor is slippery when wet. I also did a lot of construction work in the west. People here get injured way more often than people do over there. That’s just my own observations.
I busted out laughing when I saw the fancy British carriage, and they tried to make you think that Pakistan guy made that carriage wheel. The Pakistani guy`s wheel was truly pitiful.
The guy running this channel wants the viewer to believe this is high quality craftsmanship, when in fact, it is some of the worst quality products I have ever seen. I just know Ronnie O'Sullivan, Jud Trump, and Mark Selby are on the waiting list for one of those snooker cues.
Not very many bristles on that wire brush and you can see in the demonstration it's not their Brush their using it's a better quality one, a whole lot more wire bristles in that one. In the paintbrush it's sad not very many bristles kind of cheap.
that's the worse. abuse of a dangerous saw ever. if you don't have any pride in what you do ,then don't do it. your just leaving yourself and others open to serious accident
I don't think that wheel would last very long on any cart. Why some of the rim segments are too short and need a patches is beyond me. Could they be decorative pieces?
"Made in China" - gotta love it. The first video showed the making of wire brushes in India - exactly 8 minutes long. Made in India YET the boxes the finished brushes are packed in have Chinese lettering on the outside of the boxes and clearly state "Made in China". Go figure.
It wasn't even forty years ago that this was exactly how people worked in Europe. No masks, hardly any gloves. However, there were safety shoes and goggles. And the machines in the video were probably the exact same ones that were later exported as scrap.
Yes, and we drove a motorcycle without a helmet, a drove car without a seat belt, ice hockey players and alpinists without helmets. I was in a country in Eastern Europe in 2004, and there they laughed at me because I used seat belt. In the same country, the use of seat belts was introduced a few years later, and then they were no longer laughing.
Osha and EPA ran all this kind of work out of our country. I workes at a saw mill 25 years. Every injury we had that saw a doctor, required drug and alcohol tests. All failed the tests. Fail the test and you were fired with no workmans comp. Absolutely as it should be. .. 2 guys were jacking around and one ran over the others fòt with a forklift .. both tested positive. Fired both. Smoked pot at lunch every day. Until they hurt someone. Each other. Pot heads can stay in Moms basement as far as I'm concerned.
The wire brushes with "Made in China" stamped on the boxs and brushs. Do the Chinese use an Indian workforce, is there some part of China inhabited by Indians or whats going on here.
I get a sick feeling every time I see these workers pass their hands over or go near unguarded moving belts and wheels on machinery and blades of saws and planing machines. The state of the workshops are deadly hazardous. This total lack of safety regulation is why the west is loosing out on manufacturing on all levels. However the dealers make greater profits off these poor peoples backs.
Yea, In the US, OSHA would have a field day with all the safety hazards in this kind of manufacturing. Plus all the Kid labor laws that would have been broken.
